Here at The Ideal Garden, we've been selling high-quality gardening and landscaping products to customers all over the country for years. Our family-run business developed from our landscaping firm which has been going since the 1980s. We discovered some great landscaping products over the years and decided they were so good that we would start supplying them ourselves. Since then, the online shop side of the business has grown massively - but we still run everything from our central office and storage centre at Calves Lane Farm, maintaining the close-knit family-run style of doing business.

Good website. Customer help was good. Living on the north west coast of Scotland I’m used to painfully slow delivery. When I phoned to check where my delivery was the agent was super helpful.

Quick and easy
After an in-depth internet search, The Ideal Garden were best value, and choice, for the edging that I was looking for. In fact, their choices and website changed my mind from my original purchase I was looking to make. The website and purchasing was very simple. A good clear website and great service/product range
A good clear website. I was going to make an online order but realised this place is only 40 mins from me. I made a whatsapp query first to make sure they were open an no parking restrictions. I received a prompt and friendly reply from Wendy. At the trade counter I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, and so Arthur was happy to show me the various choices and guided me towards the solution that I needed. Even the guys (Martin) in the yard were friendly and awesome loading the car up. In all a very positive experience, letting me get what I wanted with minimal fuss and with all stock on site. Thanks Guys!

At last, a clean edge on border…
Our garden edging looks very smart and was quite easy to install. I checked there were no stones, etc in the way first. It required a right angle corner which was also easy. Very quick service and product seems good quality.
