Insolvency Group helped massively
I contacted the Insolvency group due to my change of circumstances at work. My employer had taken away all overtime and enhanced rates putting me in a difficult position to pay back my debts.
Once I contacted the insolvency group we had a good discussion regarding my options.
After agreeing the best option for myself the insolvency group guided me through everything I needed to do and explained everything that they were doing. They kept in constant contact via email, text messages and phone calls.
Everything was clearly explained to me and then confirmed in my agreement via email.
I then had a follow up call to ask if I understood the agreement and if I had any questions.
All questions I had were answered quickly.
I can’t praise the group enough for helping me lift this massive weight off my shoulders.
