Great service
Indira was great, always there with advice when required, very fast at replying, I have set up wills for myself and husband and so happy with prompt dealing have now set up wills and POA for my in laws, who are also very happy, would highly recommend.

Life Policy
Kieran set up our Life Policies. It was so easy and professional. Jacqui did all the follow up admin etc. and answered any questions and helped me understand everything. Would definitely recommend.

Best in the business
I never write reviews, honestly never... But I will write one about Kieran. He has spent the past few months sorting out the insurance for my business, trying different ways of looking at the problem (it is quite an unusual set-up so definitely needed some creative thinking, which Keiran delivered for me!) If you are looking for an insurance broker that has a genuine interest in their clients then give him a call!

Critical life insurance done!
I recently used The Insurance Helpline to sort out life insurance, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it all went. From the start, the process felt way less daunting than I expected – mostly thanks to Kieran, who was my main point of contact throughout.
He was super easy to talk to, gave honest and clear advice, and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing where to start (because I really didn’t). Everything was explained in simple terms, no jargon, and I felt confident I was being guided in the right direction – not pushed into anything.
In the end, I walked away with the right level of cover for my situation, all based on their professional advice. If you're like me and find the whole life insurance process confusing or overwhelming, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call. They made a tricky process feel surprisingly straightforward.

My husband and I had a great experience with Kieran from start to finish, I already had a life insurance and critical illness policy in place elsewhere however with the help of Kieran, we felt a lot more informed of the types of cover available and what they cover. My husband and I now have policies in place that set out the same cover as each other with another company with affordable monthly payments. Thanks again Kieran

Great Advice & Friendly Service
We have recently updated our Life and Critical Illness policies with The Insurance Helpline. The advice given throughout the process has been invaluable, likewise with the Will writing process. Indira has been on hand to give impartial advice to help us through the many options, and to explain the pros and cons of our choices. The price for completion of the the Wills was also very competitive compared to other options we had researched. I would strongly recommend giving them a call for anyone requiring these services.

Where do I start,
I have worked with The Insurance Helpline for 15+ years now in securing various life policies, medical insurance and trusts for me and my family.
When thinking about this process, we put it off as it seems to be a lot of work, this is not the case, Fenella and her team, work behind the scenes to make life as easy as possible for the client and they communicate regularly through calls, emails and whats app whislts going through this process.
Part of this process is the team providing you with various options to allow you to make an informed choice on what works best for you, your finances and your fmailies needs and abilities.
Fenella, who I work closely, with is simply just amazing, she is honest, trusting, reliable and most of all helpful, as she always goes that extra country mile for me when needed.
We have also worked along side Jacqueline and Indria who where also very kind, friendly, helpful and supportive when completing this task of putting our polices in to trust.
Overall, I am delighted with the service provided and would highly recommend their services to anyone who requires all of the above.

Wills and POA
This is the second time we’ve used the Insurance Helpline and we would recommend.
Indira kept us up to date throughout the process of updating wills and power of attorney. She talked us through anything we weren’t sure of and was professional throughout.
