Deserves your loyalty
I had a life insurance policy for many years. The initial sale and subsequent policy updates were easy, friendly and efficient. I trusted them.
When a change of circumstances meant I had to cancel my policy, Kieran was helpful, understanding and above all honest with me. The company showed great customer service, a customized approach to my needs, sensitive to my circumstances and responses.

Stress Free Claim after having a stroke
My husband suffered a stroke early last week. It has been most horrific and frightening thing we have ever experienced. I messaged Kieran over the weekend just to ask his advice on what to expect from the critical illness claims process with Royal London. I was not expecting a reply until Monday but Kieran replied to me within an hour. He took over the whole process and dealt directly with RL on our behalf. Our claim has been paid out today. This took 5 working days and was totally stress free. You never think you’ll need to claim on your policy but knowing that Insurance Helpline really are there to help you, just takes that bit pressure off.

I have had really good experience with Insurance helpline so far . From the first time I was contacted from Jacqui, she was very helpful and kind on the phone and passed my details to Kieran who from the beginning has been really professional and respectful to my expectations from life Insurance. There has been clear communication, I have felt comfortable to choose what I need
from all the different policies with no pressure at all to go for a higher quote . Emails and messages are clear and easy to understand and each step of the process has been sent to me on time. Amazing Service
We were guided through the whole process from start to finish. The best communication i have received from any company before, from emails, text and calls when suited us. We are very pleased with the service received from the full team and IHL and would recommend their services to anyone.

Natalie has looked after my insurance needs for around 6 years now and I couldnt recommend The Insurance Helpline more. The personal service is top quality, so more personable than big brokers and all advice and arrangements are free. Everything gets explained thoroughly and even claims are dealt with free of charge. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone.

I can’t recommend the Insurance Helpline enough. Contacted Donna by telephone initially to discuss a change in life insurance plan . So glad I did and spoke with Natalie who went over the various options to ensure the right level of cover at an affordable price for me .
