I sent a bracelet back because it broke for its "lifetime guarantee" and they never returned it to me. I have sent them several emails and no response, theres great online stores that takes care about their customers but NOT THIS ONE don't buy here

They had the products I want and a BOGO discount. Past experience with the company tempered my expectations, but I am satisfied. The clasp on the large chain does not work but the side safety hooks are fine. Not the best product but OK considering the price. Shipping time was reasonable.

besides the shipping taking such a long time, the quality is horrible and the length is so short it does not even fit. Dont bother with 18 inches. the clasp is hard to open once it's closed. Id rather pay double and have a working chain I can wear. the gold looks. very cheap also. they need to go out of business ro make their prices 50 dollars for a chain.

Heb maandag een bestelling geplaatst en was dinsdag al bezorgd kort om super service! Ben zee tevreden met mijn bestelling ga het zeker aanraden aan men vrienden.

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden met mijn aankoop! De levering was supersnel en de kwaliteit van de sieraden is echt uitstekend. De details en afwerking zijn prachtig, precies zoals beschreven. Ik zal hier zeker opnieuw bestellen en kan het iedereen aanraden!

Koop hier alsjeblieft niet! Ik had al een review geschreven dat mijn hanger beschadigd aangekomen is. Hierop heb ik een mail ontvangen dat ze geen nieuwe kunnen opsturen aangezien ze blijkbaar allemaal beschadigd zijn? Hierop is mij aangeboden 10 euro korting. U raad het al, na deze belofte niets meer gehoord of vernomen. Geen reactie meer op mail. Dit was mijn eerste aankoop en ik heb er vreselijk veel spijt van. Koop gewoon bij je plaatselijke juwelier. Ipv bij iets waar je niet heen kunt. Ze zitten in Duitsland. Ik zit nu met een hanger met in het midden een doffe plek met krasjes. De webshop is op geen enkele manier te benaderen. Het contactformulier op hun website werkt niet. En het mailadres waar je naartoe kunt mailen word niet beantwoord. Dat is dus oplichting. Hele boze klant!!

Took over a month with various messages and emails before my order eventually was sent!!!
After paying a hefty duty on it , the i recieved a broken item on one of the orders recieved!!! Very dosappointing indeed and dont think i’ll be ordering from this company again. This is my second order placed and both orders i had to consistently chase up the order with countless emails!!!

I purchased a chain 10 days ago and paid extra for express shipping. Never received a confirmation email, no order number, no anything. Tried leaving a message for them and no response. Definitely a scam. I should've checked the reviews instead of buying on impulse. I have to contact my bank to see if I can get my money back

I ordered 2 weeks ago and paid an additional 30 dollars for over night. To this day, still havent received confirmation, tracking, etc. DONT ORDER< THEY ARE A SCAM

Asked them for a refund, because my order didn’t arrive. That was one month ago. Had to open a case via PayPal and they never cared to solve the problem. Also they claim on the website that the jewelry is stainless steel. I complained about a bracelet that I recently bought which is already tarnishing . . . And yeah , they don’t care . . .
