Item arrived quickly and was well packed. It did not include the manufacturer’s instructions, but I had already received these from the shop by email, which was a plus. Having said that the instructions were a bit basic and did not cover all the features of the item.

One damaged bulb BUT...
We received our order very promptly, replaced a bulb immediately but it failed after a few minutes. However, another worked perfectly and we received an instant refund.

They even gave me a specific code to use when ordering online to ensure that I got to exactly the right product. Excellent service!
