They contacted me to say they only had…
They contacted me to say they only had 3 of the lights which I ordered online. So they refunded me for the one they didn't have. This delayed the time on delivery, which was poor anyway.

Not Impressed.
My order took nearly a week to arrive. I paid for next day delivery (which was the same price as the product I brought), however it was send via 48hr tracked which took 4 days to arrive from dispatch.
Not impressed at all with the service.

The light bulbs were despatched quickly and are replacements for the previous incandescent filament light bulbs. The catalogue description of the new bulbs gave the information I needed to make my choice.
