A company that likes to argue and blame the customer outright when something goes wrong, is a company to be avoided in my opinion. Negotiation and conciliation are not qualities possessed by them. Avoid!

I received the items ordered very promptly however I required to contact the Light Bulb shop having received one of the downlights in the wrong finish. The replacement was sent without delay and good instructions were sent concerning the free return. I have ordered online on many occasions and would have no hesitation to buy from them in future and definitely recommend them to others.
