Wrong items were sent
Wrong items were sent. I ordered Osram D/E 18w Daylight bulbs but given Osram D 13w Daylight. Reported the error once I received the delivery. No feedback from them and my Return/Replace requests are completely ignored.
Update: received the right items now, many thanks. Thinking the communication can be improved.

Delivery was quick and the bulb was the right one. Even though it's a "dimmable" LED bulb, the bulb just flashed and is therefore uselessness but they all do this and it's not the vendor's fault. I probably just need an incandescent bulb for my fan's light fitting.

Only negative was that, in common with so many purchases on line, I had to open an account with The Light Bulb Shop and create a password etc.
