The customer service at loaded teas is top notch. When I received my order it had one set of incorrect teas in it. I sent them an email and literally instantly they responded with an order including the two missing teas along with a few of their other top selling teas. I hadn't even close my email before I received the order confirmation. Whether I like the product or not as a first-time customer I am a total fan of the company. They obviously stand behind their product and their service to their customers! That means a whole lot in my book in this day and age.

I recently ran into a technical issue on The Loaded Tea Shop’s website that prevented my discount codes from applying correctly. I reached out about the $36 amount of discounts that didn’t apply, and their team responded promptly within hours and honored my request for a refund of that $36 amount! 🙂

Ashley was especially kind and helpful. Even through email, her warmth and genuine care came through. That kind of personal attention can be hard to find in customer service today, and it made the experience memorable.

I received my initial order and absolutely loved the taste of all the teas. The flavors are incredible and honestly make drinking water so much more enjoyable. The flavor is just insane!

I placed a second order, and for some reason, it showed as delivered but never made it to my mailbox. I reached out, and they didn’t hesitate to make it right. They sent me a replacement order and communicated everything through a polite, understanding email.

There was a little malfunction with one of the packets in my order and customer service immediately sent out an order to replace that packet, and included a few other flavors for my inconvenience. So far I've tried the Southern Strawberry Kiss and I'll tell you it is a divine treat! It was well worth the money.

WOW first and foremost the flavors are sooo good! Everything I have tried is delicious and literally the first part of my day plus all the benefits. What makes ev even better is their customer service. They are beyond prompt professional accommodating and personable. Im blown away by not only the product it self but the over all company and their mission and their customer service. TYSM for exisiting and have a life long customer with me! Looking fwd to trying all the flavors and reaping the benefits of the product it self!

I absolutely love these teas. My favorite is the new cotton candy but I've not tried any flavors that ive disliked. They definitely have a permanent customer.

I have ordered from The Loaded Tea Shop several times. I've had 2 issues with 2 different orders, 1 a few packs were left out and 1 I got the wrong flavors and BOTH times the customer service team was amazing. They don't waste time getting back to you and they more than make it right. Both times they have immediately corrected the mistake and sent extras. I never expected to get extras and would never dream of asking but they always make sure their customers are taken care of. I appreciate you all so so much. I will continue to order not only because I enjoy the tea but because customer service is top tier!!!

This company is great to order from. Orders received promptly and all there. These drinks taste fantastic! My favorite is Bahama mama. But there are several others that taste great too!

The Loaded Tea Shop is such a pleasure to shop with for great products. I've officially gone off of morning coffee in exchange for this wonderful alternative. My 4 year old son loves it as well - can't wait for them to restock the caffeine free teas!

I’ve been drinking loaded tea since the beginning of the summer . One packet a day to be exact . This is what I’ve noticed , my personal experience . More energy , difference in my skin and it’s very noticeable and also my system has become regular once again . Love the flavors but I have to tell you Cotton Candy is by far my FAVORITE -so I’m hoping it stays awhile . I’ve tried many products promising this , promising that. This is and does what the company promotes and it’s made a delicious difference for me . KEEP THE COTTON CANDY !!!

Amazing company, had a couple issues with some packets of product that I purchased sent them a couple pictures and they were willing to replace everything. This company will always have my business. I love a company that’s willing to stand behind their product.
