Oh my goodness, I have ordered many times and i received an order and was short one drink! They went above and beyond to make it up!

I truly didn’t mind that I was missing 1 because I get the 2freetea each time I order. However, I wanted them to be aware that it has happened! I do love all but a couple of you flavors (i am not a cinnamon fan 😂). I drink these daily and my husband calls them my healing crystals🥰

The loaded tea shop is amazing. They hands down have the best customer service around. I voiced a concern about the change in the formula of their teas and it was just a curiosity email and they sent me some free teas to try to see the difference since the change and I gave feedback on the new formulas and they sent some flavors I haven’t tried for my feedback. Well one of the flavors they sent is a flavor I would have never picked myself and it has become my favorite flavor. I turned around and placed an order for the new flavor the same day I tried it for the first time. I have never seen a company care so much about the customers!

The loaded tea shop is a discovery I made on Instagram over the summer, I made a first order on July 2026 and wasn’t deceived at all they taste amazing and I can enjoy them in a bottle or my favorite way to do it is in a pitcher at home this way I can enjoy them for more than just a day and all that completely guilt free as these amazing product have zero sugar and zero carb while all tasting absolutely divine I’m a big fan of ice teas and lemonades I can guarantee you their lemonade based flavour all amazing in their teas but my absolute best so far is Maleficient and the team is beyond amazing their customer service is super fast the delivery times are extremely fast… I ordered for a second time last night and its definitely not my last… This company have me a regular customer now !!! Everything about loaded tastes great and I enjoy the variety of flavors particularly knowing it has nutrients my body needs. I think I’m only going to drink just one cup and end up drinking 3. Thank you for the great product.

The loaded tea shop has excellent customer service. I had a problem order a few extra teas after making my first purchase and I emailed the company. I very quickly git a response and they include my extra teas at no additional cost to me. What a wonderful gesture. I highly recommend this company.

Since June, I’ve lost 22 pounds, and the ONLY change I made was changing what I drink. I have a HUGE sweet tooth, so I thought giving up sugary drinks would be miserable—but I honestly don’t feel like I’m missing out at all. These drinks are sweet, flavorful, and actually satisfy that craving.

As a teacher, I also need my caffeine to survive those long afternoons! I love that I can get the boost I need without the nasty aftertaste I get from so many sugar-free energy drinks—and without that awful afternoon sugar crash.

I’ve been raving about these drinks so much that I’m now getting coworkers all around our school district hooked on them too! We’re constantly comparing flavors and sharing our favorites.

This has been one of the easiest lifestyle changes I’ve ever made because I genuinely LOVE what I’m drinking. If you have a sweet tooth, need your caffeine, and want to cut back on sugary drinks without feeling deprived, you have to give The Loaded Tea Shop a try!

The absolute best customer service team! Don’t hesitate to reach out if your order is wrong. I have had one wrong order and they responded quickly to get it fixed. So grateful to find a clean tea to pick me up as a busy mom!

My initial order was 2 "buy 1 get 2 free" offers to total $8. As I was cashing out an additional offer for "founders favorite sampler" @ $8. My credit card was charged $8.16.
What I received in the mail was a packet of only 6 sticks. There is clearly something not included in my order.
Also I think it's awfully misleading that your claim of "makes 32oz" when actually it makes 16oz of tea plus the rest is ice!!!

I recently had to return a product to The Loaded Tea Company and was pleasantly surprised. My email was answered quickly with a few available options. Once I decided which option I wanted, it was handled quickly and politely and best of all, I wasn't made to feel bad for returning it. I love the idea that they are a woman owned and operated company. They have a slogan on their bag that says "Built with Love. Backed by Integrity" and I can honestly say I felt the love for their customers and experienced the integrity the company has. There's a lot of companies out there trying to get your business. But this is one company that deserves your business. Check them out!

There was a change to one of my favorite flavors. I was a little disappointed when I got my order as I was not aware they changed it. I contacted the company not expecting anything. I just stated that I did not care for the flavor change and hoped they change it back. I received a very nice reply and they sent me 10 new packets. I got some flavors I had not tried yet. One being Frog Spit and that was one I was not planning on trying and to my surprise. I LOVE it. Wonderful company and great customer service.

I already loved The Loaded Tea Shop for their amazing teas. However, I now have an even bigger obsession with the Loaded Teas after the best customer service experience. I submitted my order with an incorrect address. I quickly realized it but my order had already processed. I emailed customer service and they responded in a timely manner. They could not fix the order I placed but reshipped my order at no cost to me.

The product is great, so many great flavors. The customer service is the best, no bots, just email them and they reply with actual help to resolve any problems.

I received the wrong tea and I reached out to have the issue resolved. They went far and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved. I love their product so I was relieved and highly impressed with the care they have for their customers! I have seen a complete difference in my day to day drinking these teas. I will continue being a consistent customer with them!!

I’ve never jumped on the bandwagon of all these flavored teas and energy drinks. They’re to expensive for me. However, I have discovered The Loaded Tea Shop!!
They are amazing & so much cheaper than getting them at a shop. They are zero sugar, zero calories, zero carbs, all natural, no artificial colors or flavors, full of B- vitamins & FULL of flavors. 1 packet will make anywhere from a 24oz to a 64oz drink depending on how flavorful you like it. I take one packet to make a 2 qt. pitcher and it’s very flavorful and perfect to my taste.
On top of all that their customer service is top notch!! It is easy to order (free shipping on $20 orders and their are discounts to get more for your money also)

As a retired teacher who has had Type 1 Diabetes for fifty-one years, I was looking for a replacement for my diet cola habit. A couple of water flavoring products I tried did have the caffeine, but seemed to give me heartburn. Coffee (hot or iced) has been the same. This August I ordered from The Loaded Tea Shop, and I haven’t stopped!

Their fun flavors have brought some bright new zing to my tastebuds, and the caffeine gives me the nudge I need to keep going with only one or one-plus packets sipped throughout my day. My 40 oz. insulated mug gets filled with ice and as much water mixed with the tea packet as I can fit. Then, as the day progresses, I keep adding a bit of water at a time. For me, it has done very good things.

Number one is that I truly enjoy the variety of new, lively tastes!! This product has never raised my blood glucose level, and it is surely getting me to drink more water. The 200 mg green tea caffeine in it does not hit me fast to give me a jittery feeling at all, probably because it is an all day sipper for me. Rather, it helps me to stay more alert, and my napping has become less necessary. It is great in my large travel mug when I substitute teach occasionally, as I can add water to my travel mug a couple of times during the school day, and the flavor will last until it is time to go home.

The ordering online works well for me, and that is good since I live in a rural area. Their customer service is quick to respond to any problems, it seems. The basic product formula has gone through a recent change that many have not appreciated, and that has been shared on social media; as a result, the company is going through another transition to return their flavors to the original concept. Listening to customers and acting on their preferences is important!

This discovery, for me, has been a fun and most enjoyable way to add a significant amount of water to my daily intake! An overall health improvement that is a joy to implement is a huge plus in my book!

I absolutely love The Loaded Tea Shop! I have made about 25 orders and bought so many loaded tea packets, I am drinking their tea almost every day. My absolute favorite is the caffeine free Rocket Pop! This has helped me drink water instead of soda or energy drinks. Their customer service has been wonderful, and I love that the company listens to the customers and makes changes based on what the majority of the customers request or suggest. Keep it up TLTS, I love it!
