EXCELLENT customer service! Amazing tasting teas, and quick shipping, too. I’m hooked!!

I absolutely love The Loaded Tea Shop! I have made about 25 orders and bought so many loaded tea packets, I am drinking their tea almost every day. My absolute favorite is the caffeine free Rocket Pop! This has helped me drink water instead of soda or energy drinks. Their customer service has been wonderful, and I love that the company listens to the customers and makes changes based on what the majority of the customers request or suggest. Keep it up TLTS, I love it!

I started drinking these teas about 6 months ago, I've quit drinking pop completely and feel great. My energy is great, I don't feel bogged down, I don't have bloating and they taste amazing. I love when they come out with new flavors, and my grandson's love the caffeine free ones.

I will be honest I did not want to like these loaded teas because I felt like the price of them was more than I wanted to spend. Fast-forward a few months and my sister gives me a packet of the Frog Spit to try... well that was the beginning of the end! I have been hooked ever since. I became an ambassador just so that I could share the experience and make a little money back to support my now intense tea habit! And when they say it's seriously addictive, it really is. I'm not even finished with the packets I have and yet I am finding new favorites and repeatedly buying more. The new Southern Strawberry Kiss that was collaborated with Jessica Simpson is my newest favorite and it is amazing! it's like stealing those little strawberry candies from your grandma's candy dish -with a little extra kick !
I love that these drinks do not burn your throat like other drink powders.

Love Love these loaded teas! Exactly what I need working long shifts at the hospital! All natural green tea energy. No calories, no carbs , loaded with vitamins and they taste INCREDIBLE! Nurses these are definitely made for us! ❤️

Order arrived on time and my issues were resolved immediately! Their customer service is 5 star worthy! I’ve only tasted the Southern Strawberry flavor but it was delicious with no aftertaste. I definitely recommend this product!

The Loaded Tea has outdone it! So many flavors, i still have some more flavors to try but so far Rocket pop has been my favorite!! And they don’t spike my glucose as i’m diabetic, so my diabetic peeps hurry and try The Loaded Tea! Gives you a boost of energy and no crashing feeling later in the day! I am a new customer and just received my first order. There was a slight (very slight) mix up of what I ordered so I reached out to customer service. I received an extremely quick response and the mix up was resolved immediately. Best customer service I have ever experienced!

This is the kind of business everyone should support. Not only are all the loaded teas amazing. I received my second order today and it was missing one packet so I sent an email and within minutes they responded with there sincerest apology and are sending me my missing packet along with 4 more completely free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love these Loaded Teas. I saw an ad on TikTok and gave them a try, the caffeine boost is perfect for me as I teach 4 year olds. The flavors are amazing and I now have a hard time drinking just plain water. I recommend them to my friends often!

Well I was buying from a friend until a co worker had me try hers from the loaded tea shop. The loaded tea shop has more caffeine and more vitamin n stuff in them more than my friends plus there stronger in flavor n better taste annd so many options and cheaper. My loaded tea last me awhile cause I just keep adding water and I get my water intake which I’ve always had trouble doing cause I was a faithful Alani drinker and haven’t had one in forever and I drank 3 of those. I will admit I do however drink two a day of the loaded teas but I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse tech at a hospital. Even my friends that I work with has made the switch. I also would like to add that if something is wrong with their product they replace it and make it right. I will continue to buy like I have the past 2.5 months. Thank Loaded Tea Shop. Also the only thing I hope the tea shop does is give me a warning before they get rid of my favorite limited time flavors, Their cotton candy and southern strawberry and rocket pop are my favorites and so yummy and I wanna stock up! lol

This is my third order from them. I absolutely love the flavors. This last one had a little hiccup with receiving one I didn’t order and missing a couple I did order. Within 7 minutes of my email my issue was already resolved. If that’s not the best customer service, then I don’t know what is. You MUST try The Loaded Tea Shop. They are too good to pass up!

I’ve ordered a couple cases of the teas I really liked because of course they’re limited edition and I figured they would sell out. When I got home I opened my order and it turns out that I was sent an entire package of the wrong loaded tea because the picture on front is the same. I ordered cherry bomb, and received Cindy. I immediately contacted customer service and let them know that I was supposed to receive a case of cherry bomb and did not they within half an hour wrote me back that they would be replacing the case of cherry bomb, sending me other flavors to try, and I could keep all of this Indies. Not only is this a fantastic tasting product but their customer service is next level. I told them that I will be sharing some of my packets with other people to try to spread the word regarding how great accompany this really is

This company is hands down the best company to deal with! First of all the teas are absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Customer service is top notch! I have ordered several times and my orders always arrive very quickly. One time there was a mix up with my order and literally within 5 minutes of emailing them, I got a notification that my new order was being shipped out!! I am blown away! They have gained a loyal lifelong customer …not only because I am addicted to these teas, but because of the wonderful people and customer service they have !!

The customer service at loaded teas is top notch. When I received my order it had one set of incorrect teas in it. I sent them an email and literally instantly they responded with an order including the two missing teas along with a few of their other top selling teas. I hadn't even close my email before I received the order confirmation. Whether I like the product or not as a first-time customer I am a total fan of the company. They obviously stand behind their product and their service to their customers! That means a whole lot in my book in this day and age.

I recently ran into a technical issue on The Loaded Tea Shop’s website that prevented my discount codes from applying correctly. I reached out about the $36 amount of discounts that didn’t apply, and their team responded promptly within hours and honored my request for a refund of that $36 amount! 🙂

Ashley was especially kind and helpful. Even through email, her warmth and genuine care came through. That kind of personal attention can be hard to find in customer service today, and it made the experience memorable.
