Terrible service
Terrible service, after I did my purchase they sent me email that shipping coast got increased , I asked to cancel my order more than a week now and I didn’t hear back from them and I don’t know what happened to my order

High shipping cost to Australia
Unfortunately I had to cancel my purchase due to increased shipping cost to Australia (due to covid). Was quoted to cost me double the price of product :(
However excellent and timely communication by Kelly (customer service). Fully refunded. Hope shipping cost will be more economic so I can purchase products from brands like Little Dutch that are not available in Australia.

Beautiful modern play mats but disappointed
Beautiful play mats however they easily shows dints/ marks/ scratches which is disappointing after paying over £50 for them.
No pens or sharp objects have been used on the mats just toys.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your playmat, please note that our playmats are wipeable so any non permanent marks can be wiped with a child friendly cleaner. We do recommend that no sharp objects are placed on the playmat as this will cause damage to the product.

Poor communication
Poor communication. Parcel got lost, took a month of ringing them daily to get through to someone just once. Over that month I also sent several emails as none were getting replies. Got a kitchen in the end but boy was it a painful process.
