You don’t have the thermocouple that I ordered.

the product has unfortunately never arrived, its been months now.

I placed my order and was told it would be a two week lead time, latest information is "it's still on back-order". I have a trip coming up and would like to get this part soon, but my confidence level is low at this point.

Parts worked perfectly and as described. Would have been nice to include some instructions but YouTube saved the day. Quick shipping too

You got the part here in a short period of time. We liked that you had a picture on line of the part we needed so we could compare to the old part. Our frig is up and working again. Thanks

Item never received. Vendor never responded to email. Voicemail was full. Vendor fraud?

When parts were ordered site said everything was in stock,received order it was incomplete.It took several days to get a hold of someone to find out one part is back ordered,no eta.I would like to know if anyone could find out an eta on the part,would like to go camping this summer,but cannot without a refrigerator.Randy

I placed my order on 5/26. no confirmation. Status says waiting to ship. RV Fridge Guys send out email to rate the order and also to call within 245/48 hours if I haven't receive it. I've called many time only to get a busy signal. I go to a link on the page and the link is not available. I'm just looking for an update before cancelling the order.

The best! Called and got information and told what I needed (Norcold Control Panel). Then to the website where I ordered it with basic shipping. The item came the next day, I installed it and it fixed my fridge. Couldn’t be happier.

I ordered a burner for my norcold on May 17/23. Up to this day its status is not fulfilled. I've already payed for this item. Ive messaged 3 times and called 3 times only to get an answering machine whos voice mail is full. Is this company a scam? Id like to get my money back

Took forever and then sent the wrong glass...I ordered 11 x 17 and got 12 x 12 piece I can't use..I have tried to call all I get is an answering machine. No call back from them either...I'm at a loss of what to do...Maybe someone will read this and contact me...But I doubt it

I ordered on or about 4/25 here it is 5/22 and finally canceled order because of no shipment kept saying any day now and here we are

I placed my order on the 29th of April and order still says awaiting shipment. I have sent 2 emails and only thing I received was an email wanting a review for a product I have yet to receive and haven't gotten a response from neither emails. So I'd say as of now my experience has NOT been good. Update: now the 30th of May and still nothing. Same status. Over a month and this sorry company has taken my money and won't reply to emails. I would be happy just to get my D*MN money back. I would advise not ordering from them at all.

Product appeared to be in stock on your website, but after I paid, I get a notice that it’s back ordered. Need those products ASAP.
