I ordered a part that you said was in stock but than got an email saying that it was on back order if you don’t have it say that in your adds

you where unable to supply part I needed
Had to go to ebay to get part

I need to do a complete redaction of my last 2 reviews of the rv fridge guys and Brian, I believe is the owner.

After several miscommunications and not receiving my order after an expected time, I assumed I was being ripped off by a scam company.
This is NOT the case!
I have since received some photo delivery proof and have been able to track down 1 package that a neighbor took in when I wasn't home. Still missing 2 other packages but very pleased to find that Brian and the rv fridge guys did as they said and had my order delivered as was expected.
So thank you Brian, your assistance allowed me to retrieve at least 1 of the 3 packages said to have been delivered.

Ordered a part about a month ago. Have not heard a word about the order, whether it is backordered, shipped or just what the status is. When I look it up it just states "awaiting shipment" Have inquired twice and no response. Frustrating

Part not delivered. Customer service inbox full.

What I did like..... The ease of ordering and I received the parts quickly.

What I did not like is I ordered the wrong part.

What I really do not like! I have made multiple calls and asked for a call back for assistance in ordering the correct part.

My charge card was charged but my order is awaiting shipment. I was told the frig handle was in stock, but it wasn't. No estimate even of when it might ship. Very disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered this product and I still have not received it!!! Months have gone by. No one will answer my calls or emails. DO NOT order from them if you actually want something........

After I ordered a Norcold dc power board part with a pre paid special order they list as in stock. The next few days they sent an email it was on back order. I ve 2 months with no answers. I did some research. The part doesn't exist. They held onto my money. Then when I cancelled they lied and said it was in transit the same day I cancelled and was returned. No refund was posted though. They are scammers and will take your money and not fill your order.

Ordered a part with expedited shipping, needed ASAP. Turns out part was not in stock. I was contacted right away and alerted so that other arrangements could be made. Refund was very quick.

Did my ordering online and a day or so later I got an email saying it was on backorder and would be two to three week. Two days later it was on my doorstep. I would order from rv fridge guys again

Order part back in july still haven't gotten it yet. Got a trip to lake Erie in three weeks. I need this part.

Good price and quick turnaround considering the part that I needed was on back order.

Process of ordering was quick and easy. I would have liked a better way to track my order though.

Overall good experience,good website with helpful troubleshooting tips .only bad thing was the suprise that my part was not in stock and had to be special ordered.if I had known,I probably would have looked for one locally.Still,in the end I’ll be happy to have my fridge working again
