I ordered some wellies for the wife, however next day I received an email stating these wellies out of stock until March. However they issued a full money back immediately and apologised for the inconvenience. Although I didn't get the wellies they responded very quickly and effectively so I will do business with this company in the future.

I bought some school shoes for my daughter last September via their Ebay store (theonlineshoeshop) order number 26-09051-44540. The order was delivered fine however the shoes were too big so decided to keep them so she can grow into them instead of returning.
Finally they fitted her and she wore them to school on Wednesday the 7th of June 2023 for the first time. When we picked her up from school she was wearing a pair of old slippers that the school keep for emergencies, the whole sole had come off from her shoes, I contacted the seller sharing the photos, the shoes look new, anyone looking at them can tell that they have not been used and despite when the item was bought the seller has responsibilities to deal with the faulty products. These people don't want to hear about it, saying the return policy is 60 day, fair point if we changed our mind but the item is faulty therefore they should offer a solution
It's a shame really as I work in the industry and it's easy, all faulty products are credited by the manufacturer when they are faulty.
It's a big disappointment that they won't even bother to reply to my messages.
