Purchased a bottle as advertised on the site only to receive a refund later saying g they did not have the bottle
Maybe a coincidence that the same make was mentioned te whisky investment in a national paper same day
Need to match website with sales so that stick is removed from site

My first experience
I ordered and paid for 5 bottles of whisky including shipment fee GBP85.00. However, 2 of the bottles were out of stock and you only refunded the cost for the 2 bottles. However, when I asked about refund for shipment charge, you only refund GBP22.00. So shipment charge for 3 bottles was GBP63.00 while for 2 bottles was GBP22.00?

Dear Daniel. I wish you had contacted us by email before writing this review as we would have told you the shipping charge for 1 bottle from the UK to Singapore is £45 as it's the other side of the world. You bought 3 bottles which makes it another £10 per bottle on top of that which takes it to £65 for 3 bottles. We only charged you £63 for your shipping. We would appreciate it if you could revise this review. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your bottles.
