Customer Service is a nightmare
I wish i could give a negative score for the Customer Service.
I received a bag with defect on the 25th of June, which was over a month ago. The return/exchange process has been the worst nightmare. First Email requesting for Exchange - completely ignored. Since then i've sent countless Emails, I've made countless phone calls - most of the time it was ignored.
It's over a month and i've sent back the bag. Still nothing.
The Row is a beautiful brand. Excellent design, quality, and branding. It's a pity such standard did not reflect in your customer service.
Be warned!
I requested a return on the website almost a week ago and expected to hear back within 24 hours as stated on their return page. I have since sent two reminders and still nothing. I am out more than 1800 Euros and I will NEVER shop with The Row again. Unacceptable.

The refund has been pending since 11 of April . the whole process of ordering ( order 1560), sending it back and receiving the refund has been a complete nightmare. I have already contacted your company several times. For an order placed on the 03/03 I had to wait for a month to receive shipping label and now for over two weeks to get refund. Why is it still pending? What’s your company problem? You never even apologise or try to help. I need my money immediately. You also had a nerve to detract shipping cost, for such a service your customer service team should all be dismissed. I have been a loyal customer for years not only through European and UK websites but also through other luxury retailers, but this experience is definitely going to negatively affect the way I see the brand.
