Rebecca is brilliant - I've been seeing Rebecca for around 10 years when she rescued me from chronic fatigue and massive problems with lymph. She is extremely intuitive and tracks down problems and treats them effectively using techniques both from her conventional training as a physiotherapist and useful alternative techniques she has gleaned along the way. Latterly she has literally kept me on my feet while waiting for a knee replacement.

I went to see Luigi when Rebecca was away
after the knee surgery and have seen him several times since. He is really great - very knowledgeable and experienced massage
therapist. Though this was a new area for him, he helped me with lymph and stiffness after the knee replacement and showed me how best to do the operative exercise
working round my hypermobility issues.

I would recommend Rebecca and Luigi to anyone. I always learn something about how my body works and how to keep myself healthy when I go to see them. I owe them
both great thanks.

Excellent Practice. Very professional, listened to, thoroughly examined, treated and exercises given to take home. Practitioners very experienced and knowledgeable and feel very safe in their hands.

I have been going for 6 months. They have helped me so much with my back and knee problems. I was given a plan with the sessions at the clinic. Which have helped so much in getting back to Yoga and swimming. I can’t say enough about them. I would recommend anyone to go and see them.

I have been seeing Rebecca for a number of years. She has helped me enormously with my shoulder and back issues, keeping me from getting 'stuck' and easing my pain. She is very flexible in her approach and listens to any concerns. I would thoroughly recommend her for any muscular/skeletal issues and she also does a brilliant reflexology treatment as well

A therapeutic environment with practitioners that specialise in the well being of the body and mind. Many years of collaborative experience and person centred care. A place of healing and guidance to be a healthier person. Specific health or physical trauma related problems can be given therapy here. I would say worth every penny.

Rebecca is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains in detail what is wrong, she also gives exercises to help with your on going recovery. I always feel better after I've come to her. She is very friendly and her therapy room is nice and cosy.

Rebecca Lake is excellent at pinpointing exactly what is wrong with our bodies and working towards solving it, giving tools to patients to self treat also if they wish. She creates a safe environment to share problems and she’s an incredibly kind & empathetic person.

Rebecca is a fantastic physio. Her knowledge is unmatched but what really sets her apart is that she can somehow just sense what’s wrong and how to fix it. Couldn’t recommend enough!
