I used their website to buy a reconditioned Dyson V8 cordless. When I phoned and queried if my order had been placed, received very friendly advice on what I had done wrong and talked me through what to do next. Item was then correctly ordered and very promptly despatched. Received an as good as new Dyson for a very competitive price. Excellent service from a small business, very happy to recommend.

Took in my dyson v12 with intermittent power fault. Told 100% needed new filter and service. Despite saying that the filter had been replaced. Picked up. Fault not sorted. Went back. Now told its either the trigger unit or motor. Next day told its trigger unit - should be back (a week ago). Now just saying we will tell you when the part arrives.... I'm still waiting. Very, very unhappy customer!
Update - The Dyson sorted, but everyone unhappy. Turned out that the original diagnosis was incomplete. The quote was therefore wrong, and the unit wasn't checked before being handed back hence, the fault remained. Second time the diagnosis was also incomplete as it turns out the motor required replacing! So it ended up costing me twice, and they had to discount the repair as well because of this.

Three vacs, three days! Great condition refurbished V7 for my mum, partial upgrade for one of mine and recondition and service for another. Efficient service and turnaround and good prices. Hurray for a company actually fixing things in a world of throwaway culture.
