Value for money but poor dispatch times and poor customer service
Value for money and prices of the watch I brought was a very good and cheaper then others, how ever when purchasing the watch online there was a count down timer to buy within 5mins for a next day delivery how ever It had taken 3days for it to be processed and delivered, when called to find out what was happening the adviser couldn’t give me any information and only said it was going to be shipped today. I expressed I wasn’t happy but was unwilling to look into why It wasn’t sent the next day. Rated poor for customer service and being misled with delivery times and not kept updated about the watch being delayed.

It's our absolute priority to offer you a great shopping experience and I will do my best to address your concerns.
I can see that your order was placed on 30th Nov, just before our cut off. Your item should have been processed that day, however I can see that it wasn't dispatched until the next working day.
I have chased this up with our fulfilment centre and they have stated that they were unable to fulfil your order on time, due to the large volume of orders we received on Black Friday. I can assure you that this is not typical of the service we offer, and I'm very sorry that we were unable to send your item in time. Moving forward, we shall be making plans to ensure all our orders are fulfilled during Black Friday next year.
I can see that you are a previous customer with us and we really appreciate your trust in us. I shall be sending you a gift voucher as a goodwill gesture.
