Great prices and good service. My first order but definitely won’t be the last. Cheapest online by a mile! My son was delighted by the quick 1 day free delivery as he was able to wear it for New Year! Thank you and I’d highly recommend. 👍

Fantastic company and service
Great communication from start to finish re my purchases and when they would be delivered. I completed my purchases at 7pm and they arrived by 10am the next morning. Both watches arrived as described. I am very happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Would not take responsibility for the late delivery even though the website said next day delivery.
I should remind them of the Consumer Protection Act.

I'm sorry to hear that you received your item 1 working day late.
I have taken a look at you order and can see that it was dispatched within our promised delivery times, however, The Royal Mail were unable to send your item in time.
Although out of our control, i'm very sorry for this delay and can only imagine that it was due to the large number of orders they receive over xmas. The Royal Mail is normally a very reliable service and they send over 99% of our orders by next working day.

Great service
I shopped around for the watch I liked and found it at the Watch Cabin considerably cheaper than other online sellers. I was a bit nervous about buying from somewhere I had not heard of before but the service has been excellent. The delivery was very quick considering I ordered only a few days before Christmas and since then I have received good communication from the Watch Cabin which made me feel confident I had made a good purchase from a reputable company rather than some dodgy online rip off merchants. Would definitely buy again if I need a new watch!
