I could not be happier with the outcome of my watch. Seth took a 20 year old Rolex Day-Date and made it look like it has just come out of the shop window. Seth (thewatchdealer) work is truly outstanding. Seth has serviced a number of watches and bracelets for me and the results are quite remarkable. I have no idea how he achieves such great results every time and at such a reasonable price. In addition, Seth is genuine, honest and willing to share his wealth of knowledge and experience. We are incredibly lucky to have this expertise available to us in the UK and there is no way I would take any watches or bracelets anywhere else.

I have entrusted my watch repairs to Seth now for over 8 years. I have always found him to offer great advice and superb service.

Sent two Rolex Datejust's to TWD, one Bi-metal, and one steel. Had both fully serviced, and had the jubilee bracelet refurbished on each. Both came back looking like a million dollars. Felt a bit dubious at first posting them, but had read reviews from others, raving about Seth's craftmanship, and am so glad I did. Really happy with the end result. Great workmanship at a fair price. Seth's a great guy, honest, and totally trustworthy, a true gentleman. Many thanks again.

I recently sent my jubilee bracelet to Twd for a service.. the bracelet was very worn and falling apart so I was Eager to have it repaired. Seth Was recommended to me by a friend and I’m extremely happy about that as he done an Amazing job on restoring it..
I can honestly say it’s looks and feels like it’s brand new !!

Let me put it this way: when jewellers looked at the stretch on my Rolex oyster bracelet, I was met with a sharp intake of breath and a furrowed brow; the job was too much for them. Not for Seth.

Seth is an expert at what he does. He has brought my vintage Rolex back up to an amazing standard and I cannot recommend him enough. Highly trustworthy and professional in his work. Thank you Seth!

After reading the reviews about TWD, I sent Seth my ladies Rolex Datejust.
He sorted out the bracelet strap and serviced the watch which has been losing time.
He did an amazing job on the watch and I am so happy with it.

I was a little pessimistic about posting my pride and joy to a total stranger, came back better than new, almost thought it wasn't mine. Yes it was, its just as i bought it. Serviced the strap and the watch, great price great service, the ratings are not wrong.

Seth did a fantastic job saving my Rolex watch bracelet. The bracelet was in a really poor condition, Rolex itself and all other 3rd party watch repairers did not want to touch it and advised purchase of a brand new bracelet. Brand new bracelet has a price tag about 2,000 pounds and Seth rebuilt my bracelet for less than 10% of this figure. My local Rolex dealer who put the bracelet back on the watch was so impressed with the job too.
I believe Set is quite busy and has a backlog of jobs, so do not expect to get your watch/bracelet repaired next week. But I must say it is worth the wait.

Excellent work - restoring a badly worn bi-metal bracelet from a Datejust, replace crystal etc. Quality of work is very good, no idea how he manages to restore a worn bi-metal; bracelet like that but he does, and very well too.
Incredibly reasonable costs, especially after having a phone-number quote from Rolex (who seemed to want to replace almost everything and keep the original parts as 'exchange').
Not always the best communicator and may possibly need the odd prompt - but certainly recommended.

I have sent Seth various images of my bracelet that has stretch and also a clasp that has been flattened/badly worn. Took the time to respond, and advise. I haven’t had the work done as the clasp is most likely beyond repair. But what an honest guy most people would just take it on to make money. Would always go back to him.

I had my Rolex deep sea dweller serviced at Rolex.It was returned to me from Rolex with the strap not attached to the watch. My jeweller refitted the strap and made me sign a disclaimer of responsibility if The Watch was lost that they had no responsibility due to the wear on the bracelet. This was also detailed on my insurance valuation.so I ordered and purchased a new bracelet @ £1050.
A short while After this I was recommended to Seth at The watch dealer . After a little e mail correspondence I sent him my original strap and waited . The bracelet repair was only just a little longer than the estimated turn around time but....... The job was fantastic. I paid around 15% of the cost of a new one and you would struggle to tell them apart now ! I Only wish I had found this company before I wasted over £1000. Satisfactory communication from a very busy man . Great value but more important a fantastic job! I am so pleased I am just packing my bi coloured submarina bracelet up for the same treatment.

My mother’s Rolex had what our local Rolex jeweller said was strap stretch and it would need a new strap, £2500.00 to replace, so rather than pay that looked at trading it in for a new one, a friend suggested calling Seth at TWD, glad I did strap repaired and watch cleaned for under £200.00, will be sending my watch and my wife’s watch to TWD instead of paying Rolex in excess of £600.00 for a service and our watches being away between 16 to 18 weeks. TWD excellent service and a realistic repair time 100% happy. Fantastic Service!!
