I visited the St Enoch glasgow store in hopes of getting a late friends ring repaired.

I did get his name but the guy not only repaired it but made it look brand new. He was so empathetic to my story and went above and beyond.

Visited the shop in Buchanan Galleries today (6/7/26) and the guy was really helpful and knowledgable - he fixed my TAG watch in no time and gave me sound advice as what to do if the same problem reoccured - This was after a dissapointing experience from the high end jeweller that I bought the watch from Would highly recommend going to The Watch Lab in Buchanan Gardens with any issues with you watch.

I received excellent service today from Paul at the watch lab, Windsor. Called in to get a new watch sized which he did really efficiently for me while I waited. A friendly chap who offers great service, would recommend and will be back if I need anything else doing. He even wished me a happy birthday.

Polite man replaced my battery but concerned Watch Lab has no price list. When I asked about pricing, I was told it is flexible ! Is this legal? It is doubtful. I will be looking into this. I visited St Enoch Centre in Glasgow.

Callum clearly explained everything that was required to repair my wife’s Tag Heuer. Communication was excellent. Watch now looks and performs as it was on day one. Price was very fair.

Went to Bournemouth on a day trip from Milton Keynes.Gave the shop manager my seiko kinetic previously owned by my late father.Had a new capacitor fitted and watch serviced.The watch is looking brand new,

Paul kindly replaced my watch battery without charge but we also had a good conversation about life and people. Nice to have meaningful exchanges at unexpected times. A good experience

I went to the one in the gyle centre Edinburgh and the guy was so helpful. He fixed my watch and offered to clean it up which was great but the best of all he managed to fix a pair of earrings for me which the jewellers were not able to so i can now wear them to a wedding next week. Sorry i cant remember his name but a huge thank you to him. Also the price was very
good to

I spent ages on the internet and phoning around to try and find someone who could repair my grandfathers 120 year old pocket watch. I eventually called the Watch Lab in Chester. The young lady who answered was so helpful and reassuring, she explained that the organisation would send the watch to expert repairs and prepare a quote for repair. The following day I took the watch into the shop and met Katrina. I said to her she had been most helpful . I felt happy handing over such a family treasure as she explained it would be sent by secure courier. I have now had the quote and am proceeding with the repair. I just want to acknowledge a member of staff who for me is a great ambassador for Watch lab. I hope the repair is as good as her service has been.

What a nice man and very helpful , did a great job on our watch strap for my wife , and why there other people very happy with what he did for them five stars.

I travelled to Kingston upon Thames, to have a new battery fitted to my Bering Watch. I went into the Watch Lab & spoke to Raymond, who was very friendly & helpful with the costing & how long it would take. He also recommended an efficient clean up. I was very pleased with the outcome, cost & would fully recommend him.

Hiya,I took my watch into the watch lab in Manchester after having a chat with the guy there called Chris he's a lovely chap very helpful.this was about 6 months before going to Manchester again.
I don't live in Manchester and live in North Yorkshire about 1hour away, but it was well worth the trip over to Manchester Chris happened to be working that day so we explained where we had come from and he did his best to repair it that day,which he did,once again thanks for the brilliant service.
