A fault occurred with one of the bollards, a replacement was sent out same day . After speaking with Keisha at customer service she was super helpful .

Best step ladder I’ve ever had! Lightweight, easy folding, next day delivery and doesn’t damage the floor. Would highly recommend.
Also got a great new desk - very smart and a fraction of the price very similar to John Lewis one.

Shelving for the shed
My husband bought some shelving for the shed so he can store his tools.
The first order came without any of the end caps so I called the customer service team and spoke to a lady called Becky who sorted it all out. The end caps came the next day. All in all it’s been a good experience despite not everything being in the first order.
