I honestly thought as much as they hyped supporting first responders, etc. they would at least have quality items especially for what they charge! The flags were $15 EACH, and thinner than pantyhose! I would expect a lot more! The stars on the flags are NOT embroidered, and just overall cheap! I could get something better on Amazon, made in China…oh, wait…their flags ARE MADE IN CHINA! Will never buy from the site again! I have two first responder sons…I didn’t expect such cheap crap from this site!

I’m not a customer but WEWS news in Cleveland just ran a story about retired cops with ThinBlue Line insurance not having their claims paid and being told by hospitals you have no insurance! Also, their claims managers have dropped Thin Blue Line because they were failing to pay their customers claims. Contact your local FOP if you’re having problems with TBL.

Ordered a ring through this website with shipping insurance and never received the item after over two weeks. After multiple emails, and associate that emailed me, Anna Laing, stated that it had gotten “lost” in the mail. Interestingly enough, the order number I was provided wouldn’t show up on any package tracking site. Won’t be doing any future business with this company.

I’m outraged. I asked a friend if she received “anything” from me. (12/14) She said no. My payment cleared December 3. It was to My Hero Wears Blue, which allegedly operated under Thin Blue Line. Neither apparently exists except to take more bogus orders. I’m apparently out $24.98 for a personalized besties from a distance ornament. My friend, who is fighting breast cancer, doesn’t have an ornament for her tree. I’m beyond steamed. If I report it to my bank as fraud, they will shut down my debit card and investigate. How do you investigate something that doesn’t exist? My friend and I both get disappointment and heartache for Christmas. I will warn social media not to order any “items” and find a real business to send an ornament to her.

Ordered some body armor looking beer cozies from these guys Dec 6th, They stated I would get an email when they shipped. I ordered Dec. 6th (order # 2558) and as of today have not heard a word from them. I have emailed them 6 or 7 times and never received a reply back. There is no phone number to call and speak to them. TOTAL SCAM.

I purchased a jacket for a law enforcement person in my family on November 28, 2018 to insure delivery for Christmas. You immediately begin getting bombarded by emails from a Nicole Pennington. The company, that purports to be a family owned business, which has no telephone number to call claimed that it was shipped. Sixteen emails later with customer service person named Anna Laing, still nothing. She claimed that each time you order, the item is made to order and that another one was being shipped to me. It is now December 18 and still no item and when I just asked for my money to be refunded because whether the item actually exists or gets shipped it won't be until AFTER the holidays, despite promising holiday deliver, she claims that she had to send an email and will get back with an update. This is unacceptable and I believe that this is either a scam or the law enforcement items are being shipped from Asia. But either way, do NOT do business with this company. They will take your money and you will NOT get the items that you purchased. Nor will they refund your money as I asked them in several emails. "Anna" simply says that she has to email someone and will "update" you. What kind of customer support is that when someone just runs interference to give you the runaround? All you will get is a headache and the runaround, no item and no refund 16 emails later.
