Waste of time never have the work information never reply to your calls or emails don’t waste your time with this company

While working with this agency, I was frustrated by withheld details about the role and vague, unhelpful feedback after my interview. My consultant actually giving me advice, had six jobs in just three years—a fact that didn’t inspire much confidence in their credibility or long-term commitment to candidates. When I tried to get genuine feedback, I was met with resistance instead of support. There are agencies out there who treat candidates with the professionalism and respect they deserve—my advice is to consider those alternatives.

Terrible company. I was passed details from my employer about this company to contact a lady called Louisa in the Manchester office, to help find a job very unprofessional and does not respond to any emails or messages avoid!! - suprised this company is still working

So I had a call from a person called Ryan Coleman, inspite of me advising the agent I was looking for stability and I am happy with the role offered but he made his own mind and started advising no this role won't be fit for you.. then why did you call me? You clearly saw my CV and I have the necessary customer service experience and I am happy to commit to the company for a long term but you decided on your end it won't be a fit for me whilst not even giving me a chance, now I see why you guys have such low ratings as a recruitment company as you do not care to help people to get to the next step you beforehand decide from your end if the jobs fit for me or not and the agent didn't even let me speak he kept speaking over me, clearly might aswell give the jobs advertised to your family members then and not waste other peoples time with your soo called recruitment agency tag on!

Contacted by Miles re repairs admin job for Salvation Army. Said he got my CV from Indeed. Said he would send my CV to them then didn’t hear back. Salvation Army told me the job does not exist. AVOID!!!

Despite me applying for 2 jobs they never contacted me back. When I contacted them I was told Tim would call me back but he never did.
Finally I called again and he'd left early for the day. Totally useless company

Bobby from Think provided me with AMAZING service, QUICK, RELEVANT and he held my hand the whole way through the recruitment process. I got my job after one interview in the same week and so excited to start. I cant recommend Bobby from Think enough. Thanks so much team, big shout out!!!

They advertise jobs which don't exist.

I have been seeking part time work & found a wonderful ideal position on a google search which went to 2 or 3 different sites.

I've heard good comments & feedback from this company, the blurb sounded good & general feedback was good, I applied for this position via 2 different sites & directly, the reason being the totaljobs one I believe had no confirmation sent as it does, the other site had no option for a cover letter, so I spent the time & effort with my CV & CL.

After attempting to get a reply, ie have they recieved my forms? if I was not successful can I have some feedback, not one jot back, yet another english company thats gets full marks & treats perspective employees like dirt - so you join the long list now of teachers/work places that get away with being poor & being paid for the pleasure, you've joined debenhams,toni & guy, 02,cineworld,starbucks amongst others for being jerks.
Also I've made 3 attempts of contact now so I think its the usual agency gimmick of having a job that doesn't exist, they just bolster they website.

update:
I had an email today 29/4 stating they were no longer taking apps which implies mine was late, I applied at least twice with different sites as I neevr got a confirmation email, one stated the advert was only an hour old from google so I know they got at least one on time & I can prove I sent at least 2 jobs with 2 differeing sites & I contacted them asking if they recieved it - no reply, don't trust them now something suss & sketchy, like los blancoas(real madrids) performance last night.
