*UPDATE*
IT'S NOW BEEN OVER 2YRS SINCE MY MUMS PASSING AND NOTHING!! STILL WAITING STILL IGNORED EMAILS AND CALLS FINAL PAPER WAS SENT OVER 8 WEEKS AGO, AFTER BEING TOLD BY THE FINANCE DIRECTOR AND THEY HAD A 6 WEEKS WINDOW TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS,STILL NO FURTHER FORWARD, STARTING TO THINK THEY'VE SPENT THE MONEY! It's been over 18 months since my mother sadly passed away and we still have no outcome, they send paperwork with names spelt wrong, typed letters with written monatary amounts wrote in, they 'miss place' over 20k of money, then find it after questioning where it went, they do not respond to phone calls or emails, they are stonewalling us.

It has taken 6 months to produce simple mirror wills. Names were spelt incorrectly, poor communication. I would not recommend.

Made me feel comfortable and at ease, would recommend this Will writing service.

From the offset, and the initial call after I expressed an interest in finding out more about their services, I found the company's staff to be extremely informative, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and genuinely caring.
Primarily Mr Steven Bradley who was absolutely brilliant in every sense of the word. My wife and I also found him to be a most pleasant and genuine man.
We're longer in the tooth nowadays and reserved with who we let into our homes as well as who we publicly praise. However, as the old saying goes, 'give praise where praise is due', which in this case, was more than deserved.

Visited by their Representative in March. Commissioned a will with Testamentary Trust and Powers of Attorney. I still have not received the documents after many attempts to follow up. No one is interested in my complaint...

I first contacted this company to enquire about getting our wills updated. A representative (was told to remove the name) came out as arranged and we thoroughly discussed our wills and the changes we needed to be made. I also gave him a written list of all points as well as copies of our original wills. As the representative said, I'd made sure it was very straight forward to update our wills as I'd made sure all points were noted for the will writers. We were told that will writing was taking around 4-6 weeks to complete which we said was fine. After around 10 weeks I got in touch for an update and around a week after that I was sent the draft wills. To say that they were inadequate would be an understatement. Most of the information that we'd given them was missing and the information that was there, was incorrect. I contacted them straight away and told them I wasn't happy and could they please amend the wills with the correct information. I was then contacted by someone who apologised for the mistakes, blamed missing information (everything was printed and in the file that was given to them to draft the wills) and said that they now had all the information (I'd had to send it again) and would draft the wills correctly and get them sent out. That was a month ago and I've heard nothing. I've emailed both the person who came to my house and the person who emailed the "apology" and neither has bothered to respond. I then sent a final email to tell them that the way they deal with clients who trust them with important documentation, is farcical and that I'd be getting my wills updated elsewhere. You'd think any company worth their salt would be totally embarrassed by their incompetence and would get in touch with an apology, at the very least. Nope. Not a word from them. It scares me to think that this company is entrusted by people to handle very important and very sensitive information. To us unqualified Joe blogs, all could seem perfectly above board in our documentation, only to find at the worst time (death of a loved one, divorce etc) that incorrect information had been recorded and we are up the creek without a paddle! Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere. This company will only succeed in failing you as a client.

Since I wrote this review, I note that Thomas Bradley are now going down the list of reviews and responding to the numerous complaints they've had about their shocking service. It's a shame they aren't as quick to respond to their clients when we try repeatedly to get in touch!

Would have left a 0 if possible. Do not use this company. Same experience as other users. No docs, no refund. Suspect the positive reviews are made in house. Having to resort to legal action to recover money. Been going on since Nov 2024. They do not return calls once they have your money. Avoid!!!!!!!!

Very poor, getting trading standards involved. Do not touch them. They take your money, 6k in our case, but we haven't even had the wills sent to us. They say they sent them on 11 Nov, still waiting for a resend. Waiting for the full trust to be done. Told when we paid for it at point of dale in our own home, it
would be 3 months, turns out not to be the case and we should have been told longer. Now we are on 7 months with still no end date. Shame on you for misrepresentation....

Steven came out today to talk about wills to me. Very professional, polite and he was prompt. Would recommend. Left me lots of informative literature.

Have paid full deposit and five instalments on my Trust but still not completed due to the very slow responses from Thomas Bradley company…. Everything takes far too long and vague…. Beginning to wish that I had not bothered…. If they are like this now how will it be when needing to apply the Trust

Stuart has just taken my details and drafted my will, now waiting to receive the copy back for signature, around 4 weeks. It was simple, not pressured and Stuart was competent and thorough.

I will update this when everything in finalised with the timescale.

So far, a great service.

I'd booked an appointment twice. Unfortunately, they did not contact me on both occasions. It seems that their booking system is working, but there is no one who can complete these bookings. Ghost company!
Don't waste your time.

Further to my previous review on 26.11.25 re Thomas Bradley Legal mendacious services and lack of communication and the subsequent response requesting I contact them (again)to enable their investigation into my complaint, they have yet again not responded back to the email(s) sent to them or rang me back. That was 6 days ago. How will you respond to this further complaint, Thomas Bradley Legal? You have been sent emails and contact telephone numbers requesting action from your side to remove your company name as a trustee from my parents trust which you were clearly told not to include by the settlors. Please give a name of an employee who will respond and deal with this situation.

Dave came to our home to complete the paperwork for our mirror wills. Would highly recommend this service.

I wanted wills written for my partner and I. It took three attempts for the consultant to make it to the appointment, including two different staff members trying to set up time with me because they hadn't communicated about me being one person. It took an email to the company to stop the double chasing because they weren't listening to me when they called. The appointment was in May. The was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but that's where the good service has ended. We are nearing the end of November and we still do not have copies of our wills to sign, despite me chasing Thomas Bradley for them. They were able to set up a direct debit instantaneously but six months down the track, have not managed to deliver anything to me.

Dave came out to see me today was was very happy with the the service he provided and would recommend him to others

Dave came & took all the details for my will. He made it very easy & straight forward.

I would definitely NOT recommend you use this company. We paid 3K for a will/poa/trust in June 2024 and still nothing tangible. The first draft could not have been more wrong, couldn't even spell our names correctly. They have provided nothing since, ignored phone calls, emails and now even a complaint gets you nowhere. we had approached them primarily as we have a disabled daughter we need to leave provisions for. They don't care about that or anything. We are progressing a legal route to get our money back. I would absolutely urge you to NOT use this company. Just read the recent reviews, its all real they are really this bad.

I would give them a ZERO if that was possible.

The company has no respect for the customers, all about dwindling money from the customers. Paid for a trust was charged thousands and then found that everything is COPY & PASTE. Nothing is genuine in the company even the consultant that came out to see me after many, many re-bookings, so many EXCUSES ( car broke down, consultant is ill, too far to get to you) had no ID, was not QUALIFIED, his communication with the customer was SHOCKING, SWEARING in every sentance. They have no shame calling themself's a LEGAL FIRM. Nothing in this company is legal at all. All DOCUMENTS they provide are all COPY & PASTED from GOOGLE.

Signed up for wills and powers of attorney, have been promised refund of overpriced bill already paid in full. After several phone calls with promises of getting it sorted, nothing. Phone back promised today (12/11/25)at1630 nothing. Gave them 24hrs in earlier call ,after reading reviews I'm now contacting bank to commence sec75 refund. Absolutely disgusting service, wish I'd read reviews earlier, I'd never have let their rep in my house
