I bought a sweater on September 28, the page promises 2 - 3 weeks for international shipping, the package arrived until November 30, customer service never responded to my emails.

Likewise, the sweater is of poor quality, in the advertising image it comes with a brown label and the sweater that arrived to me is a generic label, the guide comes from Singapore and the parcel is the cheap postal service, and they charge you for shipping to a high price.

Frankly, I am totally disappointed in the brand.

This company has zero respect for “customer first”. When I placed my order, I used the guidelines they provided to ensure my order would arrive on time. Two weeks went by and I hadn’t heard from them, despite their website stating “Please allow 5-7 days for processing”.

I am an Australian who has summer Christmases, and ordered two Christmas jumpers to wear for a family trip to America for a white Christmas. I reached out to them and them explained this and that I needed my order to reach me before I left or could they help me change my address to a US address and I could pick it up there. They replied with an email begging for another week to send my item saying they had delays, rather than helping me sort out a new delivery address. This meant my items wouldn’t reach me, so I requested a refund as the items would be of no use to me. I heard back from them and they did not grant my request despite the fact that at no point on their website did they state orders were delayed.

I sent several more emails saying I didn’t want the items anymore as they would no longer get to me on time and my emails were ignored. Two days before I leave for America I receive an email saying my item has been shipped.

It’s absolutely disgusting that a company can take hundreds of dollars from you and not deliver based on the specifications provided on their website. Their website even states that items may arrive “sooner” than expected!

Now when the items arrive I have to sort out a return and no doubt pay for that myself.

I will never shop from an Instagram ad again because of this experience and warn everyone against shopping with Thread Rody.

Despicable customer service. All they want is your money.

I ordered a sweater. No communication, no shipment. It's been over 3 months and I've heard nothing. They have stolen my money and refused to give me a refund.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SOOOO FRAUDULENT!

I'm overboard and was sooo attracted to their TikTok videos. I ordered 3 items: 2 hoodies and 1 T-shirt. The quality is so bad. It's not worth the spent money. The color is ugly despite the photos on their website. As I mentioned, I ordered from aboard and they missed 1 of my item. Really? And it is the most expensive one. Nice! They don't reply my DM on TikTok. I can't call them because I'm overboard. I can only contact them by email and really don't know when they will check or reply to it. Many people reported the same thing already. My order is over $100 which is a lot of money. I regret my action. DON'T COPY ME! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS, YOU GUYS!

They are one of the best stores I’ve ever dealt with, and their customer service is amazing they answered asap and help you at whatever you want and the most important thing is their products is amazing and beautiful, it won’t be the last time for me to buy anything from them🩵🩵

Never got my item. They never answer when I ask where it is just send an automatic email saying it has been shipped but it’s been 4 months and I still haven’t received it and the tracking number the give me doesn’t exist. Can’t get a refund either.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. i order 2 taylor swift crewnecks back in august. waited a couple weeks. emailed asking when my order was shipping. got told that it shipped but was returned to them. then they said they couldn’t ship to my house address. (because they never shipped it). asked for a refund and got told they would give it to me. and they haven’t responded to any emails. i commented on their tik tok. and dmd them on tik tok and they just read my messages but don’t respond. they are a scam!!! and just steal peoples money.

I ordered a embroidered crewneck on august 20th. I received tracking information on 9/19 but it states “Label has been created USPS is awaiting the item”. I contacted USPS and they confirmed they did not receive the item. I’ve reached out to the seller to only be given a response “we’re sorry for the delay, please wait another week”. The website states it would be about 2-3 weeks to ship but it hasn’t shipped in over a month! Please help
Update: the seller is going to contact USPS to status/update my order. I’ve sent a few emails to the seller and got a response once I commented on their tik tok.
Update: I have sent multiple emails, commented on their TikTok’s multiple times asking for an update. I ordered this over a month ago with no real update… they said they would contact USPS but my status hasn’t changed. I checked my spam folder, TikTok account, and I have not received an update. Did anyone else have this same experience?

The shipping took about 1 month but I live in Canada! Anyway, I really love my crewneck, so comfy and got a lot of good comments! Thank you! :)

The shipping only took like two weeks and i live on Europe! The material is soft and amazing and i would totally recommend them if ur a swiftie🫶🏼 I love the sweatshirt i bought!

ITem came all the way from the US to UK in an amazing five days. I was expecting to wait months until I found out it wasn’t going to take long. The quality of the hoodie is perfect

took a little while to come in, but I expected that as it’s a small business so I didn’t mind! Great prices so I was a little skeptical how the quality would be, but I got 2 crewnecks and a tshirt and all great quality and crew necks are sooo soft!! The threading is beautiful and I’m super happy with how they look. Definitely recommend!

Customer service is terrible!! My daughter worked to save money for a TSwift sweatshirt. She purchased it, and it’s been a month now. I’ve emailed, and gone on their website chat. No response. Where is the $40 sweatshirt my daughter ordered. She’s 12. She’s so disappointed!

UPDATE: After the response they gave on this review, I went to double check my spam, and nothing. The only new email from them was updating the status as shipped after they saw my review. Thank you for finally shipping it, but it does not change my review one bit. I had to write it to get a response obviously. 9/7/23

UPDATE: We got the sweatshirt in the mail. It was vacuum sealed and I could tell immediately it was the cheapest fabric. We opened it, and it’s this felt like stretchy material. NOT worth $40. Buyer beware.
