I came in having issues with my phone and the store clerks Dawn and Daniel were incredibly helpful fixing my issues as well as showing me how to do things on my phone i didn’t know i could do. i now feel much more confident with my device and comfortable that i can come back for more help in future. Happy to recommend to friends and family

Excellent customer service service from Todd
Excellent customer service service from Todd in the Castle Quay 3 Store in Banbury. Gave very clear advice on IPhones with no pressure to buy the most expensive. Todd knew his products and was able to confidently tell me about each model, enabling me to make a choice that was right for me. Todd assisted me to complete all transfers from old phone to new so I walked out of the store with a new working phone. All paperwork was completed effortlessly but with very clear explanations. Highly recommend this store and this young man for all his help.
