Genuinely life changing!
Daniel, Dan and Dale were absolutely magnificent. They solved multiple issues with my phone and sims with humour and efficiency. What I can now achieve with my phone is genuinely life changing. I’m so happy with the service I received!

Very happy
Both came into store today and was helped by Dawn, she was so helpful and really really lovely. She even managed to end my 17 yr O2 contract to move to 3. 2 very happy customers leaving.

The member of staff that helped us was fantastic. Listened to everything we asked for and gave informative and detailed options for us to choose a new phone. Also not just one but two members of staff helped us and again, were both brilliant. Thank you Dawn and Dale

So easy to renew our contact with Dawn. Reduced our monthly amount and an increase in data too. Superb customer service all completed within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend 3 Banbury to potential customers. Well done Dawn.

Visiting 3 today lifted my day. I came in with so many phone issues and they were all sorted which has allowed me to move forward with my business. Andi was terrific. I would recommend my friends to 3 phone shop in Banbury

Friendly staff with great knowledge
Popped in to see about upgrading my phone and what was available. The staff very friendly welcomed me in and talked about what I could updrade to. I always go in store as they are very honest and give me the correct info with no problems. Dawn was great
