Great service
The 2 people that dealt with my enquires were a pleasure to talk to.They knew their products & I came away having got a 1 new contract & a phone contract amended.It was a good experience which can be quite rare in this day & age

Roxy was absolutely excellent
Roxy was absolutely excellent, I walked in almost in
Tears because I do not understand the technology of I phones, sims, and WiFi.
She was calm put me at ease and sorted everything out
For me. I now have a phone that works with 4G🤪and WiFi with 5G no wires or things under the stairs.

Excellent Customer Service
I went into the Three Shop, Blackpool earlier today looking for help with my old phone and possibly an upgrade to a new phone. I was apparoached by Jake and we sat to discuss my phone issues. The phone being over 5 yrs ago was no longer fit for purpose. Jake listened to me and helped get a new phone in my budget and with the colour and spec I wanted. He is a very helpful guy and nothing was too much trouble for him All data transfer and set up completed for me. In times when customer service can sometimes be inconsistent. Today Jake from Three exceeded my expectations on all fronts. What a valuable member of the team he is. Thank you
