Amazing service
Our customer service rep (Finlay in the Glasgow Braehead store) was fantastic, really helpful and enthusiastic,he was very knowledgeable and sorted out an issue I had been dealing with for years in a matter of minutes with no hassle,sorted upgrades for me and my son with lots of good advice,he wasn't pushy at all and ended up saving us money.

Fifi was amazing
We had some trouble at home trying time sort some stuff with our contract so we went into the Braehead store today and FiFi was absolutely amazing !! She was so lovely and helpful but also so informative and professional she got us an amazing deal and sorted everything so quickly for us. Will definitely be staying with three now thanks to FiFi.

New phone
Today I was in 3 to get a new phone and was helped by Pardeep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything we needed. He was extremely friendly and explained everything patiently.Will absolutely be back.
