Rang 3 today and spoke to jasmine. Absolutely brilliant experience, I'd managed to delete all my contacts from old phone which deleted them on new phone. Jasmine talked me through how to recover them.... Ver más

Had a great time today in the Three store in Lincoln. My phone had a lot of viruses on it and Drew helped get the phone working normally again. Fantastic service!

Without doubt Lincoln store saved me as a customer! I’d had a few issues with customer services on line so popped into store. Drew and Scott dealt with my issue, offered support and advice and not only did I change my mind about leaving but we changed all my family across to three from O2… great customer service - well done Lincoln team.

Drew provided great service in store today helped me fix my connection on my phone by giving me a replacement SIM card. A true asset to the store.
