Rang 3 today and spoke to jasmine. Absolutely brilliant experience, I'd managed to delete all my contacts from old phone which deleted them on new phone. Jasmine talked me through how to recover them. I can't thank her enough. Amazing

Drew provided great service in store today helped me fix my connection on my phone by giving me a replacement SIM card. A true asset to the store.
