Both millie and jak where extremely helpful and helped me with everything I needed to know and also helped with my confidence on transferring everything to my new phone I hadn't done it in so long so I was nervous. Very helpful best costemer service.

The staff at 3 were amazingly helpful! I came in to ask a quick question and left with a cheaper and easier SIM card for my business. They reassured me that it would give me what I need and they even checked my other account to see if there were any issues.

The lads in shrewsbury were ace
The lads in shrewsbury were ace, they sorted me a new phone after my old one gave up on me. Chris Kev and Jak sorted out transferring all my stuff across too which i was worried about but it was no bother for them at all. Really excellent service!

Lucy fixed my phone, brilliant
Following a recent upgrade to a new phone on line, my old sim decided it did not want to work in my new phone. I had tried telephone support with no luck, so I popped in to the shop and saw the wonderful Lucy who installed an eSIM and in no time at all had me back up and running! Fabulous service and next time I’ll go straight to the shop!
