Excellent and flexible service. I hate the idea of datatransfer to another device (or even changing a phone) but they do it all for you on the day in store. Nice and simple. A fantastic value bundle and trade-in also helps.

Jak was really helpful, walking me through my options and working out the best deal for what I needed. As a wheelchair user I'm also glad to say he was very helpful without making assumptions or a big production, just accommodated my needs and asked pertinent questions that helped me choose the right device.

Lucy greated me with a smile when I entered the shop. She was able to help me with a couple of queries in a few minutes and I was away.

Jak in Shrewsbury was excellent. I havent had an oppprtunity to come in and sort my phone out due to family issues and I stupidly forgot my ID so I thought I'd have missed my chance to upgrade but Jak reasurred me that there was still options for me to upgrade and he got me a great deal and set up the new phone for me whilst I met up with friends in town which I'm so grateful for! Thank you.

Lucy was really helpful. My daughter is visiting from abroad and had forgotten the SIM she normally uses in the UK when she comes ‘home’. Lucy advised her on the best thing to do to transfer her existing balance onto a new SIM card. Thank you Lucy :-)

I came into Shrewsbury worried I had deleted my apple account from my phone after clicking on something I wasn’t sure of. Jak was so patient and looked at all the options before we eventually had to concede and set up a new apple account. He wrote down the details for me for safe keeping and then proceeded to save all of my WhatsApp contacts back on to my phone for me. Honestly, I can’t thank him and the team enough they’re always so helpful with me. Thank you!

The guys at Three in Shrewsbury were so helpful, I called originally in a panic because I downloaded an app that caused my phone to change the layout, and I thought I had lost all my apps! Lucy invited me to come into store and she and Jak took care of it for me and managed to get my phone back to normal. Thank you!
