Tried doing upgrade online and failed
Tried doing upgrade online and failed, call centre was SHOCKING.
So went to shop and got it all sorted now. The staff in Truro branch are amazing James and Simon highly recommend, excellent service.

Three has always been a great network
Three has always been a great network. Been with them for a long time signals better than ever since the vodaphone merger. Truro store helped me out with a great deal and a new e sim after I had broken my phone. Thanks Malachy!

Outstanding sevice
My husband and I received such amazing service - again! - from the team at Three. Simon and the other gentleman helped us find and set up our new phones and when we had a question and popped back in, nothing was too much trouble.
Just such lovely, helpful people and outstanding, honest service. I'd recommend them to anyone.
