UPDATE 7 JULY 2026: TTI replied below but their statement is incorrect.

Under UK261 Article 8 I am legally entitled to re-routing at no extra cost after cancellation. As the selling agent, TTI must facilitate this. Telling me to contact Kuwait Airways does not discharge TTI's responsibility.

I have communicated professionally throughout. Matter escalated to CAA.

Airline cancelled my flight.

Ticketstoindia (TTI) NEVER INFORMED ME.

I booked in Dec 2025 for £2912 and found out about the cancellation myself 2 days ago.

Under UK261 Article 8(b) TTI as my booking agent MUST reroute me to my destination at no cost.
Manager "Kabir" refused and said: "you do whatever you want but I can only do refund or you pay fare difference".

The same flight now costs nearly £4500. I’m £1600 out of pocket if I have to rebook myself.

Flight is in 22 DAYS and I’m stranded.
@UK_CAA please intervene. This is a clear UK261 breach - failure to notify + failure to reroute.

try to book ticket to India online - fill all personal details - then message comes fare not available - then they message me price gone up - same things happens for another day booking so wasting time awful service

Price over their website is different and when we call offer different price also airline counts any one over 15+ adult but they counted 13year as adult . So when to airline and booked direct even I got £250-00 cheaper than they quoted also more in weight in luggage what they were offering. So I recommend please make sure before you book as they don’t have full knowledge and you end up with paying extra what you suppose to.

Totally Horrible service!! My flight was cancelled due to Iran war. in March 2026. the flight was cancelled by the airline. At Fist the ticket was booked on Gulf Air, TTI called me to change the return flight with Emirates ( I had no problem with that). Once the flights were canceled, Its now 8 weeks while my refund is not getting processed. TTI have only one excuse that the airline will refund the amount then we can refund. Airline is telling to talk to ticket partner only. we are stuck with my money with them.
Horrible Horrible services. Never Ever again Never.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tickets To India

I have been a customer of this company since 2010, which makes this experience even more frustrating and disappointing.

I successfully booked international flights from London to Raipur via Delhi flights through their website, and the payment was taken successfully. However, shortly after booking, I received a call from their team stating that they would not issue my tickets.

When I asked for evidence or confirmation that the flights were genuinely cancelled, no proof was provided. Instead, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase alternative tickets at different prices, which I declined. I clearly requested a full refund instead.

What makes this even more concerning is that the exact same flights they claimed were “cancelled” were still showing on their website/system with the same date, same timing, and same price. It appeared that the tickets were still available for booking, which felt very misleading and raised serious concerns about transparency.

Since then, I have been receiving calls from different team members trying to convince me to buy another ticket rather than processing my refund. My refund has still not been returned, and they have been holding a significant amount of my money for the last 4–5 days.

This situation has been extremely stressful because I cannot book replacement flights for my family until my money is returned. The amount involved is significant, and delaying the refund is causing serious inconvenience and uncertainty.

After being a loyal customer for many years, this experience has made the company appear extremely untrustworthy and frustrating to deal with. The entire process has felt unprofessional, poorly handled, and very stressful.
I hope the company resolves this matter quickly and improves how genuine customers are treated in the future.

I have been using ticketstoIndia.co.uk for few years and always had a good deal.
The best part is the customer support which was put to test during the AMD-LGW flight crash period. I had to re-book and the staff was top notch in sorting out the problem over the phone even during non office hours. I would not have expected this level of support from the airline it self leave alone third-party booking site.
Keep up the good work.

Went to India in February 2026 , day before coming back UK lady rang to say our flight been cancelled. Offered 3 to four options for different flight back to UK , we chose BA Mumbai to Manchester via Heathrow, but have to pay for the tickets £3259.04 & lady confirmed she will apply for partial refund of my original tickets for both of us . After two weeks Qatar Airways issued £440 , which was unacceptable. Complaining upto now but no signs of change their decision. I will not give up fighting for my rights for full refund.

I have been using TTI for over a decade now. The prices are very competitive and the staff (especially Mr. Gaurav Kumar and Mr. Baljit) are very knowledgeable and friendly.
They always prioritise customers interests and help them through the booking process.

We had to put in for a refund with Qatar from India , on our return we contacted tickets to india and spoke to a lady named Jazz who was sorting it out for us , she was very efficient, quick, understanding and handled our refund very well 10 out of 10 for her great service, would 100% use again

Absolutely poor experience from Tickets to India this time. My flight (26th march,26) got cancelled by Air india, when i reached at the airport(after travelling 2 hours) with family ( with two young kids...) i was told by airline staff that my flight is cancelled ,email was sent 10 hours ago to all the passenger to their registered email.
When i Inquired why i didn't get any email about the cancellation, they said travel agent(person who did my ticket) gave her email address instead of passenger email address and didn't communicate about the cancellation .... when i phoned tickets to india on why i was not informed, i was told, lady who did my ticket is on annual leave..... because of all this hassle at the airport me nd my family had to suffer,so far i have not received any apology or compensation from tickets to india even after sending them emails requesting for an investigation on why this has happened.....
