This travel agent is absolutely rubbers…
This travel agent is absolutely rubbers they scam you. They make you pay the full amount and then they ring you up and the flights been cancelled and take your money. Please do not work with them a waste of time headache absolutely rubbish disgusting customer service they should have slippers not stars in the head for robbing people .
They make you transfer your money into a International account and when you ask for a refund, they tell you to do one

We can categorically assure you that Tickets to India definitely does NOT ask customers to transfer money into an international account - ALL payments are made online using Barclaycard's secure payment system and our securely authenticated using their 3D security.
In addition, we do not appear to have any recent booking with the name you have provided and you have not provided any contact details or booking reference. Please can you therefore urgently contact us at cc@ticketstoindia.co.uk so that we can check the details and advise you further?

Absolutely terrible experience with Ticketstoindia.co.uk.
I booked my tickets from Goa to London Heathrow with Virgin Atlantic through them, and due to the ongoing crisis and flight cancellations, I have been trying to get an update about my flight status. Instead of helping, they have completely ignored me.
I contacted them multiple times on WhatsApp, and the agent named Mani reads my messages and simply does not respond. No reply, no update, no assistance — just complete silence. When customers are stressed about cancelled flights and international travel, this is the kind of support they provide.
Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible service. Once they take your money, they don’t care about you at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Hefty Charges for Mistakes... BEWARE
Returning customer here. But maybe this is the last time I am dealing with ticketstoindia. I made couple of errors while booking my current flight with them. I booked a flight in July where I made a mistake on the return dates. Instead of booking my return flight on 27th August, I booked it for 27th September. I clocked this mistake the next morning and the only available way to reach them was on the whatsapp chat. I was told by Baljit that the cancellation is not possible on my booking and he offered to change the return flight dates to 27th August for a price of £289. Which included £150 penalty and £139 fare difference. I stupidly believed that to be true and paid the difference. At 9am when I called his office I was told that my flight can be cancelled for a fee of £250 but now that I have paid for the new flights, the refund will only be for the original quote minus the £250 and I will not get the extra back. Was so disappointed about this. If Baljit would have told me this earlier in the Chat I would have taken the cancellation for a £250 fee.
Another Issue was there is a typo error in my name. Instead of Nirmalsinh I typed my name Niramalsinh. Didn't noticed it for few days. When I couldn't find my booking on Virgin's app., I clocked the error. I since then tried contacting them many times and all the agents kept telling me that only Baljit can deal with this as he is dealing with your booking. I called Virgin to correct the error and they said if it was booked with them directly they would do it for free. As typo error of 1 alphabet is not charged to correct. Rahul called me after 2 days and is asking me to pay another £100 for the correction. How is this fare? Since airline is clearly not charging you guys to do the correction. Made 6 bookings with you guys never made a mistake. EBP no 881609.
Update:
I am updating my review solely for all the help i got from one of the kindest soul, Mehraj. He got me a full refund on this reservation. It took a lot of patience on my part. But due to the help from this fantastic agent i have recovered my money back. 5 star for Mehraj's customer service. Thank you brother.

Very poor service- Check terminal connections as it’s not their protocol to make customer aware of this
Very poor service. Misleading customer and not giving information about terminal changes. Always check the ticket before booking. The agent says to check the passenger details but befo You do that please check the terminal details as tickets to India are selling cheaper tickets from different terminal connections without getting it to the customer’s knowledge. I have to go through this pain now with two little kids. I spoke to various agents within the team and none of them were able to assist and kept saying you have to only use the person who did your booking who apparently just keeps ignoring you. Very bad service. Very stressful rather please go to the airline website and book directly.

Unfortunately we can not trace your booking details as you have not provided a full name, booking reference or any other identifying information. In addition, your comments that we are "selling cheaper tickets from different terminal connections without getting it to the customer’s knowledge" do not make sense. All bookings that we make for customers are made using a booking system called a GDS. The information provided comes directly fronm the respective airlines and it is therefore physically impossible for us to to do what you have suggested.

Amazing service
I had the most amazing brilliant customer service by Jaz. She did everything what I asked for. She didn’t complain she even gave more information what I needed to know. She was so helpful she went out of her way to help. You don’t get customers service like that anymore. We need people like Jaz who knows how to talk and help customers not patronising them or be rude because they can’t be bothered to do their job properly. I had the most brilliant service with Jaz I would recommend her at anytime. She was good at her job so keep it up.

When my flight was cancelled, I expected a long and stressful process — but thanks to my agent, it was the complete opposite.
