Placed order 4th of June( after I give them my post code and confirmed delivery) spouse to be delivered end of June and nothing happened, after chased I have another delivery date and no delivery again, so I chased them again and spouse to be delivered 8th of August, 10th of August order was cancelled and few days later I get my money back. Completely waste of time I would never recommended this company, terrible experience.

I placed an order on the 26/06 that finally arrived on the 30/07 and was completely wrong! I raised this with the delivery team, but they didn't care. Raised the issue of the incorrect order with the seller, didn't hear back. Chased again, promised the order will be collected and a refund in 1-2 days. Didn't hear back, chased again, finally 2 weeks later the wood is collected. Guess what... no refund. Now chasing again. In every possible way, everything this company has done is wrong. Expect poor service, expect to chase, expect poor communication, expect the person to be refunding your money to be on holiday and expect to be writing a negative review at the end. In the process of trying to reclaim my money via the bank.

I have had an order with timberulove they were very professional and bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. The team was at the other end of the phone if I had any questions they would work quick to answer them for my delivery was bang on time they give me the date and it came on the day they stated the delivery team was very professional on the day of delivery they delivery team was very polite and left the timber where I asked them to.
I would recommend this company to anyone in need of Siberian larch timber the price was great and overall I will be using them again in the future after receiving such a great experience with them thank you timberulove and the team for everything you have done for me in my order
