I was directed to this website by fluidmaster as I was having problems locating the washers I needed. Items were easy to use and arrived efficiently. One issue I found was the postage, very expensive for such a small item. Hence 1 star being deducted

However, we were replacing a 10-year old toilet flush and although the item number was correct, be aware that the configuration of the item has changed, so the plumber had to buy another product, in order to adapt it to fit, making it a costly visit.

What a fabulous company. I needed a spare part for my toilet and am no expert . I spoke to a Lady who could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. There were some options so even when I was on the phone she asked for a picture and was able to identify the exact part I needed. The part delivered was a genuine OEM part delivered when promised and did the job. If you need spares I would highly recommend using this company.

Gone are the days where you can pop down to B&Q for some ballcock washers, siphon diaphragm etc. I discovered that my elderly mother's toilet was leaking and when I measured it via the water meter - 300 litres a day! I managed to remove the flush valve via the tiny opening we have these days - no manufacturers markings at all. Fortunately, I came across Toilet Spares, and was able to identify the valve from all of the photos on their website. I sent a photo of my valve, and a very prompt reply confirmed that I had selected the right one. Paying for next day delivery - the valve arrived and I fitted it in 10 minutes - no more wasted water! All in all, Toilet Spares provided an excellent service, which included good communications. Thank you.
