Ordered and purchased on line, didn’t have in stock but spoke and offered replacement with a more expensive rod really happy

I ordered a rod, took my money then tell me they don’t have it in stock . Kept trying to sell me a different rod instead of giving me a refund. Gave excuse after excuse for not giving me a refund. I’m still waiting!!
I found out I’m not the only one he has done this to.
I would strongly avoid buying from this place.

I ordered the bag on Friday and it arrives on Saturday wasn't expecting it until the 15/16th march. Was a present for my partner and he loves the bag
