I visited the Barnstaple store today, I was greeted by Jon on arrival. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable and guided me through everything needed and even insisted on loading it into my car for me.

When you pay £25 for delivery of 3 acoustic panels, you’d expect efficient tracking and notifications… but no.
I’d selected a delivery date of August 25, which was confirmed by email. No updates on the day so I phoned up customer services around 2:30 and apparently the order was on the DX van so should be delivered - but it’s an 8am to 6pm window. No delivery was attempted.
August 26th I worked out how to track on the DX website and supposedly the order was on the van at 8am, but intriguingly only 2 of the 3 panels were loaded this time. But it made no difference as again no delivery was attempted. I’d called up customer support again around 3pm who agreed it was a bit of a mess and would try to find out what was going on. I appreciated the update email I was sent around 4pm but it could only confirm that it wasn’t resolved.

So after 2 stressful days being largely wasted I’m still missing my panels - which I’d intended installing today. I’m also none the wiser what’s going on. Why am I having to chase this instead of Topps Tiles pulling out all the stops? Will I get compensation for all the aggravation and delays?

Went to the Plymouth store today completely clueless and in decision paralysis!! Matt made it really easy for us and found exactly what we wanted, completely outside the box. So friendly and helpful thank you!!

Turned up today with no idea what i wanted. Was served by a lovely guy called Matt who showed us lots of ideas and supplied everything we needed. This was the Plymouth store

We used Topps Tiles at Plympton to purchase tiles to complete the kitchen renovation at Saltash Baptist Church.
The finished look is excellent as was the service provided at Topps Tiles - would highly recommend

I bought some tiles, adhesive etc from the Braintree store, the customer service was amazing. The staff know all their products and were so helpful to a novice like me! I bought the flute tiles in white, they look super. They have a matt finish and are a great size for my splash back. I've also used them in my ensuite, with the ribbed ones. Look great. Thank you, will definitely be back for my next project

Could do enough to help, Angie from the Worcester branch got everything sorted for my elderly parents wet room to suit their requirements.
