So far the WORST quality products…
So far the WORST quality products amongst Coach, MK and KS. I bought one bag 3 years ago, which was slightly used. It developed cracks in the leather, while my other Kate Spade , MK bags as fresh as new and nearly 12 years old. I contacted the Tory customer care and it was shi*. They asked me a receipt from a purchase which was made 3 years ago, no apology no remorse finally referred me to a designer bag fixing tailors. Looks like they get that a lot. Cheap and Bad quality products. Twice as expensive as their competitors.

J’ai jeté 85 euros par la fenêtre ! Ce bracelet, le miller slider bracelet, c’est une babiole made in China à 2 euros. Ça s’oxyde, deux « brillants » sont partis, ça ne tient pas. Je l’ai porté deux fois ! C’est bien trop cher pour ce que c’est ! A fuir à tout prix !
BEWARE OF THIS SELLER
Exact same as previous reviews they use Fedex to deliver parcels and when the courier dumps a package in a unsafe delivery location its the buyers problem if it goes missing, they wont do anything to help. I opened an investigation with Fedex and they concluded the package had been misdelivered and declared the outcome lost/stolen. Tory Burch wont accept responsibility other than the parcel was successfully delivered. There is no help from the seller to resolve with the courier, they just dont take any responsibility or deal with the courier, the seller refuses to honour their contract in getting the goods to the buyer even if the package is left somewhere you didn't authorize or if the courier left in a unsecured area. They are are in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 and they should be investigated over these failures. Legally they are responsible, they are breaching this act and nobody can do anything about it.

Ich habe einen Armreif gekauft, nach nicht mal 14 Tage ist das Logo abgebrochen!
Leider habe ich den Armreif in Schweden gekauft, Reklamation ist der Horror. Schreibe seit 2 Wochen mit dem Shop und ich muss viel Geld bezahlen und das Produkt hinzuschicken. Ich zahle also noch Geld, damit ich das Produkt in einer schlechten Qualität retournieren kann. Dabei ist nicht mal klar, ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme... Habe sogar den Kundenservice in DEU angerufen, kann mir auch keiner helfen.

I am worried now to have read of an almost identical experience someone had with Tory Burch below.
Fedex said they delivered my parcel and it was signed for even though no one was home. I opened an investigation and they concluded to me both in writing and on the phone that the package had been misdelivered and would declare the outcome lost. I have just been updated by Tory Burch that the parcel was successfully delivered - case closed. Absolutely appalling, I can't believe this is legal and I will not be stopping. DO NOT ORDER from them, I feel absolutely robbed as you will understand. This was a birthday present from my husband and am so upset by this as it was a huge amount of money and something has happenned between fed ex declaring it lost and their comms to me.
Poor quality and customer service
I purchased a Tory Burch watch and received a defective product. By this I mean the Tory Burch symbol was crooked on the face of the watch. I called and requested an exchange at the sale price. I sent pictures to verify the manufacture defect only to learn they could not do an exchange at the sale price. International policy excuse… not really clear. Unbelievable. I was informed that I would have to request a refund and repurchase the watch at full price according to customer service. Unbelievable!!
Finally Customer service did say they would refund and not charge me international fees. I agreed to the refund.

I called to inquire and request they honour the full refund… still waiting for a response.
I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism from such a reputed luxury brand!! I have to pay a return fee for a manufacturing defect!!!! Unbelievable!!!

I placed an order for over $500 worth of merchandise and when shipped FedEx delivered it to the wrong house. Now I understand this is not Tory Burch's fault. However, the way they hangled the matter in my opinion was absurd.
After calling customer service I was told I had use a special email link in order to file a claim for an investigation to be done. I DIDN'T GET THE PACKAGE, what are you investigating? I was told I had to supply a photo of my house and I did in addition to the photo from FedEx which showed a different house. They denied my claim and would not send me replacement merchandise or a refund!
I called again and customer service told me their was nothing they could do and to open the claim AGAIN and provide more "evidence". I asked that a Manager call me back.That turn out to be a complete waste of time be ause he told me that FedEx uses geo-tracking and showed proof of delivery. HELLO IDIOT, that it tracking is on the TRUCK NOT THE DRIVER! So if the truck goes to the correct street, but the driver goes to the wrong house???? Then what???? Then managers response was "well then you should do what you need to do as your next course of action".
That I will! I have disputed it with my cred card company! You won't get another dime of my money!
Incredibly good service
Incredibly good service. I bought shoes and the delivery was very fast. It turned out that the shoes were not the right size. I called the service, they answered me immediately, sent me a return label and made an exchange. In 3 days came shoes of the correct size. The quality of the shoes is excellent. Delivery was from the Netherlands. I will buy again.

Absolutely horrific. This cannot be a higher end company with the customer service that they have. No accountability, horrific response times, they love to play hot potato by passing any and all issues around the entire company. Definitely do not recommend.

Awful. Sent detective purse, said it wouldn’t be fixed for weeks (well after Christmas). Indian on the phone I couldn’t understand. Way overpriced for the garbage you get. Don’t shop here
I purchased ballet slippers last…
I purchased ballet slippers last December from Saks Fifth Avenue. I wore them 4 times. Two weeks ago I went to put them on for a party and the paint was flaking and peeling off. Saks would not accept them for a refund or repair. Tory Burch would not do anything to make this right. They sent me to a company who would charge me $90+shipping to do a repair. Again Tory Burch only offered me a discount toward another purchase from them! NO THANKS! They are not high quality and do not stand by their products!
I ordered a purse on Black Friday and got Nothing
I ordered a purse on Black Friday, it was never shipped. I called twice and was told that even though I ordered and submitted my payment information and got a confirmation of the order that it doesn't mean that the order will be processed. Now I have no purse and they refuse to do anything to make it right, was told I can pay full price or purchase something from their sale collection. Will never order or purchase another Tory Burch product again.
Terrible experience
My son ordered a necklace having saved up a lot of his money from working. Arrives in a slightly bashed cardboard box, opened to find NO NECKLACE! Customers services terrible, could hardly speak proper sentences and thanked me for ‘working together’ at the end of the call. Weird. Then got an email saying needs investigation, called again today, will take 8-10 days with their courier. Meanwhile my son has no money back, no gift for his girlfriend. It’s like the opposite of good customer service. Unbelievable.
Very poor customer experience
I have been buying from Tory Burch for many years. Bags, shoes, jewellery etc and always loved the designs. Have had exceptional service and even joined the trust. Last experience was so bad I would find it hard to buy again. Purchased large tote £660. It arrived and had none of the usual lovely packaging, looked and felt like it had come from large warehouse. It did not have a dustbag. I was told no mention of dustbag in description then no dustbag. I was schooled by the very rude operative , given a list on TB items that don’t have a dustbag which was unhelpful and passive aggressive. On the long list of does have a dustbag was large leather tote. When I explained this was a large leather tote I was metaphorically told suck it up. I sent bag back. Ps two weeks later during the storms my roof fell in. My dolce and gabbana bag and my demellier were ok BECAUSE THEY WERE IN DUSTBAG. It is an essential item to preserve your bag. I would also point out the us version of the bag is £200 pounds cheaper and has a dustbag.
Can not believe what happens to the…
Can not believe what happens to the tennis shoes I have purchased, DO NOT WEAR THEM WHEN IS RAINING. Means if you are outside and start raining don not come out. The shoes has changed color and when I took them to the store I was told it is wear and tear. Most likely is cheap fabric and sell it as high quality stuff and since it’s Tory Burch means it’s brand and high qualify.

I bought a Tory Burch tote bag online. The quality is very poor and When I asked about a refund policy. They asked me to pay for sending the courier back. I am highly disappointed with the purchase.
Disappointed in the Miller Sandal
I have at least 10 pair of the Tory Burch Miller sandals. In the past 5 years. I've ordered them from Nordstrom, and Tory Burch, I've purchased shoes from the actual store. These shoes that I purchased from the website are aweful!!! They are thin, very light weight and cheap! The embroidery is not even in the shoes. I will return them. I called customer service, I got a very pleasant person. I wanted to know if the shoes was real and not fake, that's how poorly made they are. For 277.00 dollars they feel like a pair of Old Navy flip flops. I will not be buying another pair. Sorry Tory you need to do better. Or lower your prices make it make sense! Quality is very important to some of us! Very disappointed.
