If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a Tory Burch necklace after waiting a year for it to come back into stock. I checked each week because I was so in love with the design and how it looked. Five months in and it's already missing five diamonds. I HAVE WORN IT LESS THAN FIVE TIMES FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS ONLY. If I knew the quality was so cheap I would not have purchase it, especially for the price they ask. I could have gotten neckless with better value from amazon. Really, really disappointed.
Worst quality of products
I can not believe the quality of their products I bought a purse August 2022 , 3 months later I had to send it back for a repair, after 6 months the issue came back and even worse. I went to the store Carlsbad outlet and the manager said the warranty was over so they were not responsable anymore.
Same happened with a belt , the metal pin of the buckle broke and she said Tory Burch were not responsable for it ,
Fraud
Ordered a pair of sandals which I never received and they would not give me a refund or send another pair. I wouldve never expected this from such a "big" name brand company. Will NEVER buy from them again. Customer service horrible as well.
Broken lock
After wearing my new expensive bag a few times the clasp broke. The store I purchased it at would not give me a refund, and Tory Burch would not back their product. It really is a shame that a company such as this would not stand by their merchandise!

Had a bad experience I order a purse for 500.00 and I didn’t receive it Tory Burch would not replace my item or even give me a refund.. the company is just sad and I would not purchase there anymore

I wish I read the reviews prior to my purchase.. I would not be writing this review. I Received 2 pair sandals one pair of my sandals an a 9 1/2 in a 10 1/2 box how was this mistake made? I spoke to customer service he said I could get a refund I explained I don't want the money, I want the sandals. He said there must be a mistake. I explained to him, I was told, I could exchange according to customer service assistant ANYA. I was a repeat buyer. I feel I won't be purchasing anymore from Ms burch. Peepee poor customer service they tell you anything and make it difficult for your hard earned money spent;(
Poor behaviour by an Employee
Awful Experience by a staff.I am a frequent customer of Tory burch.Yesterday me and my Aunt From India went to visit Biscester village Tory Burch outlet to buy a bag Around 4pm.We decided to buy a bag and checked its price tag.As Soon as I checked it ,an employee just took that tag arrogantly and kept it back into the pocket of the bag.It was such an embarrassing situation that we came out of the showroom in embarrassment.I would strongly recommend Tory Burch to keep an eye on such employees who is letting down their services by giving such gestures to their customers overseas.

Loved the sandals so much that I bought 3. One of them started falling apart and they do no back their product! Customer service was useless... They lost a very good customer. I was looking at a couple of purses next but NO WAY.

If I could give this no stars I would. I went to store 00526 and was treated poorly. I have never experienced the customer service that I received. There was supposed to be a sale where it was 50%+20% and I only got 60%. I spoke with the manager about it and she was really rude telling me that I didn't do the math right and thats what it was supposed to be. The sales rep agreed that it wasn't right but the manager completely ignored her and told me it was nothing more she could do for me. Needless to say I will never spend another dollar with Tory Burch

J'ai acheté des sandales dans le boutique St Honoré à Paris et la première fois que je les porter je vois qu'une fait un bruit étrange, puis quand je la regarde je vois qu'un talon a bougé donc je l'ai emmenée au magasin 2 semaines plus tard car j'étais en vacances pour le faire réparer, mais ils m'ont mal traité en disant que je devais les réparer, j'ai dit que je n'étais pas d'accord. 2 personnes vient me parler très mal en disant qu'elles ne pouvaient rien faire, alors je sors de la boutique super en colère, mais dans une demi-heure ils m'appellent et me disent qu'à la fin ils vont le réparer ,mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils te traitent mal en disant qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et puis ils t'appellent, bien sûr je ne vais pas y aller et je n'achèterai plus.

Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas mettre 0 je passe une commande sur internet de mocassin jessa le vendeur ne renseigne pas la ville sur le bon de livraison . Et expédie mon colis a une autre adresse dans une autre ville . C'est visible sur le suivi du colis dpd germany ni ladresse de livraison ni la ville ne sont exacte ..Réponse du service client ça fait plus de 5j on ne peut rien faire . Non seulement c'est leur faute mais en plus pas un mot d excuse pas un bon d achat rien. Dernière fois que je commande chez eux c'est scandaleux . J'ai perdu 237 eur
Will not refund me
Very good at taking my money - very bad at "returning" it when asked for a refund.
I purchased a handbag for my girlfriends 30th birthday, unfortunately she had her eye on another Tory Burch handbag - after a few emails, they only had them in stock at their shops. So I went to the shop and got the right one and agreed to return and get a refund for the original.
I received the details FROM Tory Burch with their shipping label for Evri delivery and in the original box WITH the handbag I originally purchased from them back in mid may.
2 months pass by and I have heard nothing from them, I chase the refund and now suddenly claim the item did not arrive but some random second hand dress is in the box - NO COMMUNICATION at all from them and in fact now ignoring my emails. They claim the weight never changed - anyone that has shipped with Evri know you just receive a ticket and the product is not weighed, also that the label with weight (if there was one) was produced by Tory Burch. Also nothing was mentioned and no issue at all for over 2months until I began chasing!
I am furious as I do not buy women's clothing unless it is a gift and I certainly know the difference between a DRESS and a HANDBAG!!! I am insulted that it has taken so long that a I cannot seek investigation through Evri, that the communication has been pathetic and again insulting to ignore me for their ridiculous claims and now be out of the cost for two expensive handbags!!
Disappointing quality
The quality of their products is just so unbelievably poor!
I have sandals from the brand which cost over 100 dollars and only after wearing them 3-4 times the bottom of one sandal came off.
I also bought a bag from Tory Burch in the color beige and only after 1-2 month the back of the bag turned kind of dark blue and dirty and the corners already looked super used. Cleaning the bag did not help. I also did not place the bag on something dirty. I basically only had worn it for 4-5 times at that point (e.g. when going to the mall)...
So my advice to you:
If you are looking for good quality items, do NOT purchase from Tory Burch!

Avoid Tory Burch
I went to a store in New York to buy a necklace, that was supposed to be there (according to their website). The salesperson tried to find it for me but couldn’t. She offered to call another store to reserve the necklace from that store. Went to this another store and waited for half an hour until someone sent it from upstairs to downstairs 🤦🏻♀️ I even asked if I could go upstairs to pick it up by myself but that wasn’t an option. The cashier then asked if I want a paper receipt or email one and I said paper receipt. I thought he packed it to the bag but found out at the hotel that there was no receipt. I have worn the necklace for less than 10 times and the golden colour has already started to disappear. I have never worn it in the shower. But since they didn’t give me the receipt, I can’t even complain about it. And I don’t live in NY so can’t go to the store anymore. Totally not a luxury brand, really bad quality for the expensive price and I’ll never buy anything from them.
Customer service didn't go above and beyond
Online shopping experience was easy and shipping would have came in appropriate time, however, Fedex didn't deliver to the correct address and Tory Burch customer service wouldn't do anything to correct the situation since Fedex already labeled the package as delivered. I couldn't submit a FedEx claim because of the type of shipment. So now I just lost $160 worth of product because of an error that wasn't mine.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!
If I could give less than one star I would. For a so called designer brand these people have no idea about customer service. I contacted them to ask whether they could suggest a repair option for a bag I bought a couple of years ago (the rings covering the leather where the straps attach had come away on both sides). I received a gushing email saying how sorry they were and could I provide them with proof of purchase, which I did. It then transpired that because I bought the bag from Farfetch, they were not prepared to help me. I wrote and told them that I had had a previous experience with Mulberry where there was a small repair needed to a bag I had bought from a department store and even though it wasn’t directly from Mulberry were still happy to assist. I immediately received another gushing email saying that in this particular instance they would try and source a repair option for me and could I give them 1/2 days. That was 4 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing! You would imagine that Tori Burch would be concerned about a 1.8 rating on Trustpilot, but it is very clear they could not care less. The sugary emails telling me how sorry they were to hear about my ‘gorgeous bag’ are pointless if the end result is they do nothing! I love handbags and until now believed that Tori Burch was a great brand, but can honestly say I will NEVER buy from them again. One other observation is that the quality of the hardware is so inferior compared to handbags of a similar price. Don’t waste your money!

Very bad quality . I bought one jacket and after all my stufs became dirty and black . I don’t know how this brand has some clients . Horrible .I can’t understand how European let this brand come to the region . It’s really not deserved.
