Bought 2 trailer lights to replace the broken ones on my trailer. Delivery was prompt and on time, the product well wrapped and undamaged. Good service and good price. Have used Towsure before and will use them again, no complaints!

The parcel came quickly and was delivered
By a pleasant driver. It was to support a bird feeding station and it made it secure as it had blown over the week before in the wind. So easy to install in the garden and we know we can lift the spike out with the tool provided. Very pleased with it.

I was sent wrong item
I was sent wrong item, because description on line was incorrect to part number. So given wrong part and they wouldn't send me the correct part without paying extra for it.
It has been outlined in consumer rights 2015, I was within my rights to ask them to send me the parts that I ordered by description, but towsure said no.
So I got a refund.

It was acknowledged that the listing included a clear and obvious error. As such we identified this and communicated details, we offered to collect the full order at our expense and issue a full refund.
