Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery charge.
Delivery prices vary and are set by the courier that handle the goods. Delivery is free on orders over £100.00 however in your case it was a small order that incurred the charge.
All costs of carriage are clearly detailed at check out, we choose to operate in this manor rather than build the delivery into the cost of the product then offer free carriage, which many other retailers do.

Prompt delivery and a quality (new) product. Enabled me to finish setting up the gas supply to my smeg hob in good time. Best price that I could find. So many other places are a lot more expensive.

Disapointed
I never received my order as the courier returned it to the seller instead off delivering it to me. And towsure wouldn't refund me until they received it back even though I never took delivery off items. Ps im still waiting on my refund.

Far too big….
Delivery great as was the ordering process. The hat, despite being S/M - far too big, so much so that I double checked on the label!! Couldn’t deal with hassle or returning, so ended in charity shop - hopefully, will do someone a good turn in this freezing weather.
