Each member of staff knows their role and does it well, but the finance side yesterday afternoon and this morning was a bit robotic. It is understandably very professional but with that lacks charisma or light-heartedness. Even while in the waiting area smiles were missing. I did notice one fella that seemed to be the lead and did have more personality, which needs to spread through the team.

From start to finish jake couldnt do enough to help to find the right suv for us. Both of us being disabled it needed be right and it was perfect. Would recommend 100% if you go to the trade centre you will not be disappointed.

It was nice to look around without being pressured to buy a car ,staff were very friendly and helpful. Alex on fore court were very helpful.
Issac was very helpful sorting out the log book, car tax etc thank-you so much.

The only issue that I had really with this service is that I was there for five hours buying a £8000 car and not once was I offered a hot or cold drink , I said can I have some water , he said there’s a vending machine over there , so this isn’t good customer service at all I don’t think

All the team, from walking into the door, going through the application process, to finishing the documents were all nice and easy. No pressure on you and i will be back again.

Drove to view cars advertised on their website showing significant reductions. Upon arrival at the Rotherham branch I was approached immediately despite just wanting to look, this was to be told to ignore the prices marked and go by what the stickers said. Having looked at all the makes of car i had travelled to see it became apparent firstly i couldn't see the ones from the website and secondly that the prices varied massively. When I requested to see one of the said cars from the Web page I was told that it had sold, as had the second one but that deals were to be had on the ones they had although they were older. Note that the deals they could do didn't match the website reductions although possible if id have gone through the full Motions maybe this would have changed but would NOT have been like the website was showing. My assumption is this is why you cant search for specific cars online.
In my opinion the deals online are a ruse to get you through the door !
Unless one is in your doorstep avoid at all costs unless you want to pay the advertised price for a much older car or more money for the same.
2 hours driving wasted for me.

They make you feel welcome from the time you walk in. No real high pressure sales pitch. Very knowledgeable about the cars. Nothing is too much trouble. Very helpful with the form filling and patient with all the questions asked. I was given a very fair price for my old car. The car I left in was absolutely pristine. I really liked the fact that you get a paper with all the checks done on the car and any replacements necessary. I would highly recommend the Rawmarsh branch.

It was good that we were able to look around the showroom at the cars with very little hassle from staff. Prices were clearly displayed in the car windows.

There’s no cars with £3000 discount as advertised on their website. It’s just apply to get you through the door. This is why they don’t advertise specific cars and you can’t talk to anybody about stock over the phone wasted journey for me as I anticipated.

Had a great experience, super lovely staff from start to finish who don’t hassle you and let you browse in peace. Kara and Michael were both lovely and I can’t thank them enough for their help.

Prices do end up a little different than advertised but obviously they’re all subject to terms, deposit and personal circumstances so that’s to be expected. They were totally transparent throughout the whole process and it was nice and easy.
