Jali Light sideboard. Beautiful. Drawers were very difficult for me to open so company promptly arranged an exchange. Chris arrived today exchanged and packed up furniture that was being returned, this company cares about it's customers.

First of all, the customer service is great. I had tons of questions and the sale team (Christina and Emily) were so helpful. We placed the order on Sunday evening and had it delivered on Tuesday.
The tv unit and the nest of tables are gorgeous. We are so happy with it. Quality is excellent, sturdy wood and beautiful design.

Absolutely delighted with service from Trade Furniture Company. My sideboard was just exactly as I saw on the site, if not better. Chris who delivered the sideboard was very efficient and friendly, so felt safe having him in my home. I cannot praise this company enough as delivery ( no problems) plus Chris emptied the item from box, placed it where required, and took empty box away. Great quality furniture and looks brilliant too, plus saving me money as such great bargain! Thank you all. Furniture is absolutely outstanding, made with 100% solid wood n love. Looks like it will last a life time. Such a professional company who always responds to emails within the day. Cannot fault them in anyway, even the delivery drivers are lovely and very professional

Fantastic company to deal with, firstly i had problems with the check-out, nothing to do with the website it was my bank. Tradefurniturecompany phoned me the very next day to sort out the payment, all the items where in stock and dispatched three days later.

On the delivery day the driver was polite and courteous, unpacked all the furniture and placed it in position taking all the packaging with him.

The furniture is top quality, solid and well built.

About 10 years ago I bought 2 items from the dark Dakota range and i was so pleased with the quality and service that I returned to trade furniture when I recently moved house. This time I bought 4 items from the industrial range. I had lots of questions prior to buying as I was doing so from a picture online, and Emma was so helpful answering my many questions prior to placing the order.
The furniture arrived on time and I was over the moon with it! The delivery driver Chris was just as pleasant as the previous gent who delivered my first lot of furniture. He unpacked all items, checked them over and placed them exactly where i wanted them then take all the packaging away.
I would not hesitate to recommend them both for quality and service.

I have now bought three items of furniture from this Company. Its name implies a large anonymous organisation. This is far from fact. I believe that there are approximately 30 staff and seven vehicles. I bought my first item through their eBay site and the latter two items direct from the Company. In each instance one is contacted by the business, acknowledging the order. This is followed up with additional emails and telephone calls as necessary to mark the item's progress. A day for delivery is agree. A delivery slot is then issued and the furniture arrives in one of their own vans driven by one of their own staff and they will unwrap the item and take the packaging away at no additional cost. I live in Cornwall, far removed from their premises in Leeds. All of their staff that I have had contact with are pleasant, helpful and efficient. The furniture is of the same quality as the staff. Top notch. Well done to this firm. So refreshing. (The owner deserves his special car!).

Having experience of a variety of furniture sellers, I can say that Trade Furniture is outstanding. I used them twice, for a range of furniture.Very high quality, at good prices. The delivery team is fantastic! On time, take extra care not to scratch the floor, manage to manoeuvre in the tightest spots and take away all the packaging. Customer service is also prompt and helpful, e.g they ensured a two-man delivery on request.
